This was my first time vising; I got a manicure on Saturday and she cut almost every one of my fingers. It is now Monday and my fingers still hurt very bad! I live not even 5 minutes from the salon but I will never return. The women doing my nails did not say one word the entire time even after I let her know she was hurting me. It was clear she did not want to be there and was taking it out on my poor fingers.

A friend of mine and I had travelled over an hour to come here (due to covid) and get our mani pedis and eyebrows done and they made us pay in advance. The girls who did the mani pedis were very nice, but the quality was poor. Dust got into the polish creating imperfections on multiple nails, I saw her notice it and not do anything, some of my nails are bare on the sides without any polish, and some have polish covering even my cuticles that weren t fully cut off. I noticed the place was not clean, the lamps were covered in dust and grime, and there was old blood on the bathroom floor. We were on time for our appointment, but whoever set up our appointment made the eyebrow appointment over two hours after the mani pedi. We asked for a refund on the eyebrows since we would have to wait for another hour after we already finished the rest of our appointment, and for two eyebrows and a lip threading we got back $7 (brows $13 each and lip $5) because we cancelled at the last minute and our girls were just done With our mani/pedis early even though they were already working with their next appointment as soon as we finished. We chose this place for the high ratings, but left very disappointed, yet happy they didn t get to touch my eyebrows considering the way my nails look.
First time at sandals. Great service and great prices. Nickie G was awesome. I had no idea what I wanted. She mentioned 2 colors. N came out better and amazing than I anticipated. Highly recommend
This is, by far, the friendliest and best nail salon I have ever been too. I'm glad to see the employees implementing sanitary methods when doing my nails. They are a pleasure to be around and I always leave with beautiful nails.
I absolutely love Sandals when I have time to spoil myself! It is clean, I never have to wait, inexpensive, every girl that works there is awesome, and the owner is very kind! It is the only place I have ever gone and never complained! pedicures rock! I have seen the other things they can do there like eyebrows and eyelashes, I cannot wait to do that. Very professional and clean. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and even before they were open, yet 3 staff asked me if I had been checked in or helped. I absolutely love this place!
Tabatha J is my Cosmetologist and I consider one of the best in the shop. She is very professional and considerate and takes her time giving me excellent care. I make it a point to book with her once a month. Excellent service.
I moved here 9 years ago, and have visited a few places and when I visited Sandals Nail -Spa, I have been a loyal and satisfied client.
A very Friendly atmosphere, and they offer many services.
Your not just an appointment.. your treated like Family. They have what so many businesses lack..that personal connection.

This is the third time I have gone here for a pedicure and left in pain. The nail techs scrub your feet so hard it literally turns into a scab the next day. It s also a safety hazard to have open wounds like that in the pedi bowls that are shared. STAY AWAY!!!
Sincerely the worst mani/pedi i have ever had. I've been to sandals 5+ times and have always received great service. On Friday i left with two bleeding pinking and a gash on my toe from the most awful filing job of my life. On top of that my nails look like i painted them with my left hand. This if the first google/yelp review i have ever left, it was THAT bad. Yikes.

Be aware. Nicole Graves works there. She does hair illegally at her home. I know because she did mine. She damaged my hair so badly it's taken months to repair it. She also gave me the worst hair cut. She promised to give me my money back and she admitted she did a bad job. She said she was desperate for money. When it came time to repay me she changed her number. I cared thw Cosmotology board & turned her in. I'm waiting for a call back so they can do their investigation. I also called Sandals to iform them on what was going on. I have pictures, phone calls and her texts. From my experience Nicole has been dishonest with me about her qualifications s and she tries to justify it by calling me names and hiding from me. She charged me $230.00 for a cut and highlights. She only bleached my hair and when I asked her where the other coles were for the highlights she tried to charge me more. She told me she gave me a special hair conditionin treatment that oy licensed cosmotoligists could get and charged $40.00 for ut. They sell it online for $3.00. I was at her house for over 4 hrs and whatever dye/ bleach she used didn't even color mist my hair, only damaged it. My name is Rachel Rodriguez and I hope no one ever has to go thru what I did.
I always go to this place to get my eyebrows as well as eyelashes done. They use a very different types of thread and the lady is very gentle and she does detail work on threading . The eyelashes that I did last pretty long . The last one I did lasted a month and I am in love with this place. I highly recommended to go to this place
Just got my nails done here and I am in love! That asian lady was my Artist and she did great. The woman who did my pedi was great also. It's was refreshing to have a good conversation while also getting my nails done!
I also got my eyebrows done and omg. They look great. I was scared because the last lady at another salon ruined my brows, but the brow technician took her time and fixed the mistake. Now I feel confident and sexy again!

Wish we could leave no stars! This was a horrible experience for me n my wedding party. I'm the bride and my nails look the worst, and they were done by the manager, Amanda! The nails are all uneven, didnt ask what shape we wanted, and didn't match the example at all that was shown to her. Amanda first of all had to fill in for her staff, complained about canceling her plans to come to cover a shift and did nothing to make my experience better. I also got splashed, sprayed and covered with water. After scheduling this appointment 3 weeks out you would think that they would have the proper staff and know what they were doing. I will never come back to this establishment and urge you to LOOK ELSEWHERE when it comes to choosing a salon if you want good service and and a good experience! Complete and utter disappointment and dissatisfaction is all you will get from Sandals Nail Spa!
I love going to Sandals Nail Spa. My girl Amanda Hernandez-Casiano always hooks me up with my eyebrows waxed and shading. I m very picky, and she knows how I like them. Amanda is always on point doing my nails. I Pinterest a lot of nail art, and I ll send her pictures. She literally nails exactly what the picture looks like.
The salon is very nice, comfortable, they offer just about anytime you can think of. They also have a lot of great things for sale! It s a drive for me, but so worth it!
Worth every penny . I came in for a acrylic removal and a gel manicure. I was asked to pick a color but I had a picture of a nail art that I wanted them to recreate. I showed it to one of the workers and they knew right away which color to pick for me so I just let them work their magic. Heather helped me achieve this BEAUTIFUL look.
Always a great experience. Great atmosphere, very professional, very clean and amazing people.
