I drove all the way across town to come to this wonderful nail salon I called to tell them I was going to be late an they told me ok they would let the nail tech know so I get here an the receptionist tells me she can t take me because I was late an they have a 20 min policy which I was unaware of when I called to tell them I was going to be late to begin with as I m waiting for my friend to get her nails done a client called an canceled a 2 o clock as I m sitting in the salon now waiting for my friend it is 2 o clock I work in a hair salon an if she wants people to come back she should have offered to get me in for the appt that canceled the worst rude customer service I ve ever encountered this is the first an last time I will ever come back to this place
