Nicki did a wonderful job on my balance and polish. My nails are perfect!

I have gotten both gel manicures and gel pedicures from Jillian W and she always does such a great job. She takes her time and my nails always end up looking so great! She is very friendly and bubbly and so easy to talk to. I will continue to be a repeat customer! The salon is very clean and everyone there is very friendly and professional. This customer is very happy!

the workers at this place are amazing i wish i knew all of their names ! Went in with a bridal party for my sister n laws wedding this weekend and they had signs and candy waiting for us, and they went above and beyond for us the whole time they eve stayed late to help us. they were all kind and willing to do whatever we needed. Highly recommended.

Heather fixed a bad micro-blade treatment and did an amazing job! They are still a little red in the photo from just being done but I couldn't be happier. Not just the shaping but look at the difference in the strokes! No comparison.

Got an acrylic set done here by Alex and it was amazing! My nails turned out absolutely perfect, she was super quick and friendly, I was out within an hour and a half and we chatted the whole time like we were old friends. Reasonably priced even with long nails and nail art. I will never go anywhere else ever again! Love it 10/10 service

I needed to get a pedicure ASAP. I called last minute and they were able to accommodate my cousin and I. Heather did a fantastic job with my acrylic nails and the other girl did a great French pedicure for my cousin. I can't believe how busy they are during weekdays, and everyone working so well as a team to accumulate both of us and finished with a perfect nails & toes!

I will be back, and I highly recommended this place to anyone that looking for a clean professional nail salon environment.

I was able to call on Friday and get 3 appointments for myself my daughter and my mother to all get manicures and pedicures all at the same time the following day! Amazing! This place had the football game on a big screen so I didn't have to miss it. Plus they are open 7 days a week! They also offer more than just nail services. They have an on call massage therapist, they do facials, micro blading, and other things. It was clean, the gals were friendly, and all of them spoke English. This is not a Vietnamese shop.

Love the staff! They all have great, bubbly personalities and make it a joyous place to spend an afternoon. I have been greeted by outgoing, friendly receptionist every time I walk through the door!! I have had many services done there and all have been above and beyond expectations. They are very organized in making appointments and planning parties. One of the cleanest salons I have been to. I also recently had my eyebrows tattooed on, and I have never been so pleased they look amazing, just ask for Heather, but hurry she gets booked up fast. Defiantly a recommended placed to spend a relaxing afternoon!!!

Very clean. The ladies there are very professional and take their time and make you feel like relax. Definitely need a spa day with my step daughter.

I went there for the first time. I called in advance to make an appointment and they accommodated us as we walked in. The manager guy was very polite and cheerful. A mani pedi took about an hours and half so don't expect to be in and out but they are very careful and attentive and friendly

I had to go back to this place because I loved my pedicure so much and I have to say that I experienced the same great service for my gel manicure. Again, the owner and her Nail techs are friendly and very personable.

Love Sandals. Going there 4 years. Amanda is my usual tech & I am never disappointed with her work. I've also had other techs as well, again, never been disappointed. Very clean & friendly facility. They have low turnover of staff which says it's a good place 2 work, but also nice cuz u get 2 know the ladies there & become friends. I've never waited when I come 4 my appt. Amanda, & others I have had, always run on time & that is very important 2 me 4 satisfaction, but it also shows they respect their customers. Very accommodating staff & business.

Olivia gave Me the best service anyone could ask for. She s such a sweetheart, great job with everything made me feel so comfortable through all my nervousness. Has a great vibe, etc. I love her a lot. Will forever come back to her.

I complimented one of my patients on her nails and she recommended this nail salon.
I have always had acrylics but recently had to take them off for school so I made an appointment to get them done with Krysten.
I asked for square with rounded corners. Firstly, each nail was higher on the right side, significantly. On top of that, I had to ask her to put another layer of acrylic on because I was able to bend every nail, even after letting them dry. The acrylic was placed like I had a week of growth and the tips were all too small for the nails and I had lifting on my thumb nails so bad I could put my other nail in-between my acrylic and my natural nail.
I called and asked to get them redone, I was able to get a redo appointment with their manager Heather Marie, who at least did a better job with the acrylics, but literally cut almost every finger with the burs. Needless to say this is not a salon I would recommend from my two experiences.

I love coming to Sandals to get my nails done. In fact I came home from school just to get them done here! However, I called and made an appointment for a full set of acrylics on Friday for Sunday at 2pm. I arrive on time and they told me that there s no record of my appointment. I asked them if they could squeeze me in since they forgot to make note of my appointment and they said they re all booked for the day. They offered to make me an appointment for tomorrow but I am heading back to school today and am very frustrated at how unaccommodating they were. Most likely will not return here next time I m home!!

Today, I had a gel manicure with Jamie. She was very friendly and did a great job.

I usually love sandals but my original nail tech left so I went to someone new. I had the most painful mani-pedi I ve ever had. I ve never had someone be so aggressive on my cuticles. She actually cut skin, not cuticles. I have scabs on my hands from the mani and it s still very painful.

I went to sandals for the first time a few weeks ago. I ve been searching for a new nail salon since my usual place had closed. Let me just say, it was the first time since bouncing around that I was completely happy with my experience! Not one thing to complain about. The staff was friendly, the salon itself was clean and nice, and the service was excellent! I ll definitely be back!

I only go here for microblading with Heather and it's amazing every time. Easy to get in, great work, and awesome customer service. I hate the 45 minute drive... But it's well worth it. Salon is pretty and clean as well.

I had a favorite nail tech for a long time, and when he quit, I was on the hunt for a new nail tech / new salon. I have been to EVERY nail place in Toledo/Maumee/Whitehouse area and was never happy enough to visit the same place twice. That was until I stepped inside Sandals. They are welcoming and inviting, clean, and professional. Services are always what you're looking for and you can get in and out quickly. You will not beat the prices, and they even do nail art! I am so happy to finally have found a "home" for my mani/pedi needs.

I love my experience at at sandals the staff is soo friendly and informative. They always ask how im doing and call me by my own name everytime! The receptionists are professional as well as their nail technitions. Its a winderful experience and i recommend anyone to go and get the relaxation you need.

Nicole Graves works there. She also does work out of her house illegally. NICOLE GRAVES lied about everything with excuses galore about. I now realize why she didn't want to work of Sandlas all the time. She ripped me off, admitted it, promised to pay the money back THEN changed her number. Nicole Graves is a thief, a liar, and does horrible work. She uses bad products to save money and doesn't care. It's been a process turning her into the board. I have messages and pictures with proof of everything I am stating here. She is not trustworthy. I would not let her work on anyone as well as trust her with money. Be aware of Nicole Graves.

Great prices and makes sure your satisfied with service

Terrible experience. My daughter s bridal party booked here for nails and pedicures. My oldest daughter had to return on the morning of the wedding with orange feet! Her manicure with gel polish also was sliding off her fingers in one whole piece! She called me crying because the person who was trying to fix her toes literally dig into the sides of her toes between the nail and skin and was bleeding! She now has infected toes on both feet and her gel manicure is still chipping. They offered no discount, no refund and told her if it gets infected to go to the doctor. What the hell! I was also treated rudely because the girl doing my nails was not in a good mood and didn t want to do a full set of acrylic. We brought 6 people in for service and not one was happy with the poor service or high prices. For gel manicure and botched pedicure my daughter paid 80 dollars! I ve posted pictures of her toes and manicure and you can see the shoddy work. I still can t believe they couldn t fix their foul up on a second try and still no refund was offered. I think they lost 6 new customers!
EDIT- Melanie at the nail salon did refund my daughter a few days later and also gave her a very nice gift package in apology. Melanie went above and beyond to be helpful and was very courteous while trying to make the situation right.

The women that did my toes did a terrible job was also texting while doing them had my eyes closed then opened them and found her on her phone going in today to complain!!!!Cost 65.00$Had this done Friday the 13th

I went to sandals with my entire bridal party before my wedding! Everyone was friendly, I loved the environment, they set up a table for our snacks and my nails looked fabulous for my big day! I definitely recommend this place.

Alex is the best!! Her work is beautiful and you will not regret going to her!! However all of the nail techs and receptions are very friendly- would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Used to be the perfect place to go, lately they are understaffed and overbooked... Never on time and then you feel like the services are rushed so they can catch up.

My past FEW appointments have been late. My last appointment I needed to change, which I had booked 3 weeks in advance, when I called, I was put on hold for over 8 minutes, I requested to moved it two days so I could come with my daughter, we arrived 10 minutes early, and didn't get waited on till 20 minutes past our appointments. Then the tech was rushing and seemed to think that I had just called that morning to make the appointment and that's why we were seen so late. My toes looked like my granddaughter painted them, the nail polish was on the nail and my toes... Worst mini Pedi I have ever received there...

Great salon. Jasmine was awesome. She took her time, was friendly and didn't get frustrated when my nails wouldn't cure right. She had to redo them 4 times before they were set.

Heather (the owner) and Megan were wonderful!! Heather had fixed my moms nails after she had a bad experience with another one of the nails techs. Megan really focused and took her time on my nails. She also HAND DREW the palm tree and little birds!

I have been with at least half of the nail techs. They are always so fun to talk with. When I went something special done they always get it right.

This is the most amazing salon in the area! Honestly, every tech there is professional and talented. They offer soo many luxurious services. Manicures, pedicures, lashes, cosmetic tattooing and even tattoo removal! You can tell that each employee loves working there too. I have had many of the services they offer, and have been satisfied and impressed with each one. Their prices are very competitive and they are open 7 days a week so that s a plus.

I went to the salon last Thursday I was double-charged. I've been calling the salon for a week to get my money returned, I'm being told that the owner will call me and has yet. It's just disappointing the customer service that they have.

This place is my ultimate favorite nail salon in Sylvania Ohio for acrylic nails with gel polish. I've come here about 3 times now (at least once a month) and I am never disappointed.

Sandals has been my go-to salon in the Toledo area throughout college and even after graduating. The salon is clean, the staff is pretty nice and easygoing, and the services I get are reasonably priced. The past few times, I felt as though the person doing my nails was sort of rushing or in a hurry but that just might have been because they were getting busier. Regardless, I will continue coming here whenever I need pampering or a me day! I always recommend them to my friends and family as well!

Okay so I went here to get my nails done for a wedding, heard great things and was looking forward to the trip. The lady who did my nails was so polite and was great! The color I was able to pick was beautiful. Unfortunately not even 12 hours later my nail polish chipped. Four days later I ended up having to take all my polish off because they were peeling and they looked awful. I even had air bubbles in them. I was completely satisfied with my nail lady, but was so disappointed with the finished product. Sadly I won t be returning.

My shellac has lasted me 2 weeks with no chips..Very happy

What no pros! They somehow managed to accommodate 5 sisters even though they only had 3 appointments open.
