My family friend is here recovering from an ankle surgery. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of services provided, the great staff, and how well he was being taken care of when I visited. I appreciate the work that you guys are doing here! Thank you

My uncle was a patient in July for rehab following a stoke. He had wonderful care.
He is again a current patient following another stroke. They are horribly understaffed and cannot do their jobs properly. It was a mistake to trust them to take care of him this time.

My 45 yr old husband was in the rehab side for 6 weeks. They taught him to walk again. The therapy staff is like none other. I was so impressed with my husband's physical therapist Jeenish. He was so caring and compassionate. My only complaint is of management. My husband required a bed extension because of his height and they never took care of the issue. Allowing his feet to hang off the bed every night. The aides were kind and helpful. Each "neighborhood is quite and clean with an inviting atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained and staff is friendly.

Very disappointing care over the 1 week my mom was there. Therapists and nurses were very good. Beyond that they are extremely understaffed when it comes to direct care and support staff. Room was not cleaned the entire time, winter salt from outside all over the floor for 1 week, bathroom never cleaned, no help with bathing, etc. Very sad that at a rehab facility patients sit or lay in bed 23.5 hours of the day (all hours outside of therapy). Not encouraged or assisted to walk at all. How anyone would get better there is beyond me. I had to pay a private duty agency during the night to ensure she would get help when she called. Would not recommend this facility.

I love the layout of the building and the home like atmosphere. Each person has a private room, bathroom with shower. They are situated in small "neighborhoods" of around 10 patients each with shared dining room and living room. During Covid 19 restrictions, they went out of their way to provide meaningful activities, family parades, and outdoor concert, Bingo and other activities using government guidelines, Zoom calls with family. Their therapy team is the best around. Aides and nurses obviously care very much about their people. Beautiful chapel for private prayer and worship services.

This is a very nice nursing home / rehabilitation center it's very clean and quiet! The staff on site are very kind and gentle with our loved ones. Having doctors and nurses on site full time is an extra plus. My mom is here for cardiac rehabilitation after getting released from the hospital until she's back on her feet and can walk without assistance. Every time one of her kids go to visit her it's always spotless clean!

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a nursing home. We had to take my 98 year old mother here. She was treated with respect and so very tender and with so much care. Not only did they look after her but they were also kind to the family. When it got close to the end they even provided a comfort cart for our pleasure with food and drink. They were always close for a kind word or a hug if needed.

My husband was there for rehab after a near fatal PE after spinal surgery. He was transfered there for rehab. From day one it was a horrible experience. The therepy staff were great but that was where it ended. The absolutly worst 5 day experience ever.

This facility is very nice. Its brand new and doesn't smell or look like a traditional nursing home. Its very spacious and the staff is excellent with our loved one. They have a full time doctors and nurses on site.

My 88 year old mother spent 10 days in LTC (after rehab) before becoming severely dehydrated with a UTI. They provided thickened nectar only, due to swallowing difficulties and aspiration risk. It is impossible to keep someone hydrated on thickened nectar. The day prior to being admitted to the hospital, the nurse on staff told me mom "showed no signs of dehydration".
While I can't blame ALL the failure of care my mom has experienced on this one facility, (because they all appear to promise care they are too short staffed and/or untrained to provide), we now face end of life decisions and Hospice. If you are searching for an Assisted Living or LTC for your loved one, call Hospice and ask for recommendations of facilities that put their residents first, in lieu of their "stakeholders". I wish I would have figured that out sooner.

My 92 yr old mother was there for 22 days when she fell and broke her pelvis, the people who were directly responsible for her were fine, her therapist was fine, but, they never swept or mopped her room, dusted or cleaned the bathroom other than to dump the garbage, she was there for 11 days before they gave her a shower, they never gave her a sponge bath or anything else, and they left her catheter (12 days+3 in the hospital) in longer than they were instructed by the Dr. because they said they were afraid she would have an accident, we finally complained, the next day the head nurse came in and talked to us, she made excuses about not cleaning the room saying they were short handed in house keeping, not my problem or my moms, if they can't take care of the people who are there they need to shut down a wing and take on less patients, the thing that made me the most mad was when we were talking to the nurse and I said, the people are always sitting texting or talking on the phone when I leave at night, why can't they pick up a broom and hit the rooms?, she actually said to me, I really don't like to tell them what to do here, it gets ugly when I do. I would not recommend this place!
