Great place to start a career. Need to be a hard working dedicated employee to last ... if not dont consider OSBT as a job option, you will be miserable :)

There is a manager named Shan that works there. She does a horrible job managing the people under her. She does not know how to communicate with people in a professional way. All she is concerned about is social media on her iPhone. She does know how to manipulate the higher ups to be on her side.

Great company to do work for, but don't be late with collateral or Ann will come after you. If you're on time,act professional , work hard and get your paper work in on time, you can have a long lasting working relationship with them. I've been a contractor with them for several years and hope to continue working with them for years to come.

The project managers and support staff are top shelf. They are always supportive and help insure that we have all the information needed to be successful in our dispatches.
