I am very glad that I look my Honda to AutoNation Honda in Chandler. The service was outstanding and all the work that was done was done within the time frame that I was promised. Keith Wong, my Service Advisor, kept me updated throughout the process and explained in detail the answers to any questions I had. The waiting areas are very comfortable and clean. There are places to sit both inside and outside which was and added plus. I would highly recommend AutoNation Honda in Chandler if you need any work done on your car.

I would like to appreciate Amy for her exceptional customer handling skills. I was shopping for a pre-owned Accord and she found the right one for me. I would definitely recommend this place for buying Honda since I had researched almost all dealers in PHX for 2months. All 5 stars for Amy and Alex.

However I was disappointed with the maintenance service. I had a couple of minor issues and one being visual indication of low pressure on my tires. Even after repeated arguments from my side that the tire had low pressure, service rep was trying to teach me physics rather than looking into the problem. He judged that there was no issues with the tire and just refilled air to make it look normal. 5days later the low pressure indicator showed up. Now I don't have time again to take it to service. I had to fill air from a gas station to keep it running. If the service rep had paid attention to what I was saying, I wouldn't have had this problem now.

Since this our 8th new car purchase in almost 9 yrs of retirement I think we can safely say this was one of our best new car buying experience in Arizona at AutoNation Honda. Thank you Bruce and Eric.

My experience at AutoNation Honda Chandler started with calling Chris Rodriguez. I explained my credit situation & how I had bad experiences in the past shopping for a car. Chris was very gracious and willing to assist me without pushing me into something I wasn't looking for. He assured me he would help me and once I arrived he kept that promise. I was very happy with the car. Chris introduced me to the Finance Manger, David Thompson & I became uneasy but soon forgot because David was so personable & even helpful. He explained the terms to me & I was happy to accept/sign. I was treated with great courtesy at AutoNation Honda. Overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend buying there.

I enjoyed working with AutoNation. I got a solid quoted price without every going to the dealership and when I went, all I needed to do was fill out paperwork for the financing and drive away. Judy was very helpful about walking us through the process and making sure that we understood all of the features and nuances of the car that we were buying. I would work with Autonation Honda Chandler again.

These people sold us a used Nissan sentra which was fine and all went well. However the car had no jack or lug wrench and the salesmen said they will get it and call us within a week. A week goes by and they call us and left a message that sounded like they got the jack so we show up and it turns out they were just calling to say they ordered the jack and it was not there yet. Whatever wasted trip. Then a few more weeks go by and we call and no one answered. We left voicemails and no one ever answered them.... So we call again and finally we talk to someone and the man was VERY RUDE. We said "maybe we should just come down there" and the man on the phone shouted "well then come down here!" so we did pissed off and when we go there we saw the man who was rude to us on the phone run outside and hide.... Turns out they still never ordered a jack and after waiting forever to speak with a manager they come over with a jack and lug wrench. They snuck over to the Nissan dealer while we were waiting and bought one.... Why could they not do that right away.... These people love to play phone tag I guess and once the salesman sells you a car they will just vanish on you.

they suck i hade a appoiment at 9 am to get my oil changed and i didnt get out of there tell after 2 pm how long does it take to do oil every time i ask they say there whating for the oil filter and never rotated my tires like they said they were never cleaned the outside like they said .

Definitely recommend going to Chandlers autonation. Best service ever. Was not able to get the same car at another autonation. So we went to this one where the car was originally for sale at and they did everything possible to get the deal done. And yes they did their best and got us the car we wanted. My Honda CRV needed the oil changed. I drove into the quick service with no appointment. I was received with a smile and was told what they would do and the approximate charge.
1 hour later the advisor came to me and said he checked and discovered that my Honda was still under a extended service plan. The work was done with no cost and I left with a smile.

Why bother critiquing? Look at the other poor reviews, they all have a canned response to contact the GM. Probably one attached to this. Well, I emailed the GM and Service Manager in response to their request for feedback - no response. The service was poor and they did not include my 10% discount voucher in the bill...Honda owners - you deserve better .

We recently bought a new Honda Accord EXL At Auto Nation Chandler. We made four or five visits trying out several types of vehicles before settling on our final choice. The staff was very patient with us and allowed us the time to browse with no constraints. Telly Papagianis was the person we primarily worked with and he was terrific. He gave us all the information we needed to purchase the car with confidence through the Costco program. We highly recommend the dealership, the Costco program and Telly; all were excellent.

We bought a second car here and again had an excellent experience!

I purchased a 2016 Forester with a deferment of my down payment which was problem number one. I gave half of my 2k down payment in two checks the second check was post dated in which I was assured three separate times and visits that it would not post to my account. They posted the check early and made my account VERY negative ( I am still working to get my NSF fees paid one week later Thank you Gary Kushings finance Manager who assured me this wouldn t happen!!! ) One week later from purchase the lift gate broke and the car had trouble starting placing my newly purchased vehicle in the shop, Auto Nation provided a rental car that I had to go pick up with my 9 week old new born. After spending my lunch hours tracking down people to talk to and understand my problem everyone was really sorry but no one really cared stating there isn t anything we can do to help you at this point I had only one good experience with this car buying experience and that would be a good lesson and Cisco Gonzalez, who was kind, understanding and helpful. I do not recommend placing your trust to sleezy finance management and say anything to get a signature crew with no follow up Auto Nation Honda.

I would have rated your Service Center higher but I was a little disappointed that Honda no longer offers transport home for long repairs. I as told it was because of Covid19, however that should have been noted online when I made the appointment. I could have made arrangements to be picked up. My service manager Greg was very kind and offered a loaner car, however there was not one available. The good part was that you have an excellent waiting area with computer access, drinks and snack foods available unlike other Honda service centers. The price for my repair seemed standard considering the age and mileage of my car. In summary I will continue going to Honda for service.

Purchase new vehicle at dealership in 2016, sales experience was good, but service experience has been average to poor. We had an issue with the rear latch that took 3 visits to fix the issue. The advisor we dealt with lacked knowledge about the vehicle nor did they seem to know why we were in their or the status of our vehicle when inquired. The issue was finally resolved, but only after we refused to pick up the van when they said they could not reproduce the issue on third visit and brought up the Lemon Law. They happened to find a service bulletin shortly their after that fixed the issue once they order and installed parts...hmm, should that have been the first thing they researched on first visit?

The final straw and reason for this review was when we had a screw in the tire. While this was not the dealers fault the tire place we tried to have it patched mentioned the tires were wearing abnormally (4/32) and should be replaced even though the van only had 27k miles. Took to dealer for excessive wear as dealer did all service and the tires warranty stated to see the dealership. Dealership did nothing and even debated that the tires were covered by a warranty - they do by Continental. Only offered to cover the cost of labor for one new tire. Took the van to Discount Tire who gave us $200 discount for 4 new tires that were better than OEM, yet still cheaper than dealer.

Do not take your vehicle for service unless its going to be covered by Honda and your vehicle is under warranty. But even then, be prepared for multiple visits to address the issue.

I have been shopping for a Honda Civic for our daughter and found one I liked on the website for San Tan Honda. I sent in a request for additional information and was contacted by Stacey Craft. He provided me with pricing right away and I was very interested so he scheduled a 6:30 pm appointment for me and my wife to come test drive it. EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL FROM THERE!! When we arrived at 6:25 pm we went to the desk in the showroom like Stacey had asked us to do and ask for him. We were informed that Stacey left 2 hours ago. WHAT!! Then it gets better...It was like kids fighting over who could help us, the regular sales team or the internet sales team. Finally a gentleman agreed to help us and pulled the very hot vehicle up front for the test drive. My wife and I both liked it but we were still taken back by the lack of respect of Mr. Craft not to inform us he would not be there or have arranged for someone to be waiting for us. It gets even worse....as we are inspecting the car out front another sales person comes up and says he has someone who would like to test drive the car. The guy helping us says and I quote "are you guys gonna do something on this tonight?" I was so taken back and frustrated I said we will think about it. IT GETS EVEN WORSE....the next morning I get an email from Stacey asking if I had any pricing questions...nothing about not making his appointment. Sad thing for this dealership is we were prepared to buy!!

I called the dealership the next morning a 9 am and asked for the General Manager Patrick Terhaar and was told he as out for the day. The receptionist then took all my information and assured me that she would email Patrick and the Internet Sales Manager and they would get back with me. As of today almost 30 hours later no call from a soul.

This dealership clearly demonstrated they don't care about customers. So they not only lost a sale but they lost a service customer who has been using their service department for almost ten years.

This is why we should support the local dealerships!!

I bought a vehicle from AutoNation Honda in Chandler about a week ago and it was a great experience overall. Richard Ouelette was our sales person and I really appreciated his down to earth, straightforward approach. I didn't feel pressured at all, which was not the case at the two other dealerships I visited in the area.

Richard waited at the dealership with us until after midnight when we finally finished signing all the paperwork. Also, my license plates were stuck on my old car because of some really rusty bolts and we could not get them off. Richard went through the trouble of having one of the guys in the service shop get the license plate off so I could try to get a refund from the state I moved from. He didn't have to do this, it was after I had already bought the new car, but he did it anyway.

I did feel like the finance team was a lot more salesy than my actual salesperson, which I didn't love. The first finance guy I met with was David and I liked him, but then I met with a second guy when I had to make a change to my warranty and he wouldn't let up. It took more than an hour to make a change I thought would take a few minutes. It wasn't enough to ruin the experience for me or to knock off a whole star, but it's worth noting.

Overall a good experience, they got me in quickly and took care of some recalls and my oil change. I did get a bit of the sales vibe when they told me I needed some work done - new brakes and a bunch of maintenance items. I was quoted one price, then called a different auto shop and got a better price, and then Auto Nation honored that lower price. So I did appreciate that.

Chandler Honda is a fantastic place to buy a vehicle. I drove in one afternoon a couple of weeks ago after check in the value of my trade on Kelley blue book. The dealer gave me even more for my trade and I drove out of there with a brand new CRV. Every person I came in contact with made me feel like the most important customer! I would definitely recommend Chandler Honda to anyone looking for a great vehicle.

This was the best experience I have had at a dealership! We had been looking for a truck for months and with less than stellar credit I didn t think it would happen. Brevin with auto nation was so helpful and actively worked with us to make this deal happen. Most dealerships would blow us off once they saw our credit score. We will definitely be recommending auto nation to our family and friends and we will go back for any other vehicle needs.

We had a truly great buying experience at AutoNation Honda in Chandler yesterday. Sales person Alan Garcia was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and patient as we came to our buying decision. He clearly explained everything to us. We test drove two vehicles (one used and one new), and without pushing us in either direction he showed us all of each vehicle s features and how everything worked we decided to buy the new Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. We also worked with Eddie Matthias in Sales and Paul Scherfenberg in Finance who were very helpful during each step of the purchasing process. I am the only driver in our household and since we did not do a trade-in, Alan and Eddie even brought our original car home when we left with the new vehicle. We cannot recommend AutoNation Honda and working with Alan and Eddie highly enough.

This is the second time Nate worked with me on air...

This is the second time Nate worked with me on airbag recalls. Again, he did a great job handling my car. He made certain that the air bags were replaced without issue. I waited at the dealership while the work was done, and it is a great place to catch up on work and relax. I'll definitely be back should I need additional work. Liked the experience when we first purchased our vehicle. We also bought an extended warranty with the vehicle and it seemed okay at first but then I noticed they didn't try very hard to find the leak in my tire the first time I went so I had to go back a second time for them to find the leak in my tire. The most annoying part is they kept telling me it was probably because of the temperature fluctuating day to day......this could have been a reasonable explanation if it were all the tires but it was the SAME tire I was having to fill every other day. Eventually after having my car all day they found the leak. I just wish they would have tried a little harder the first time.

Just brought a used Honda Pilot for Honda Auto Nation in Gilbert AZ. Took it home so excited to take it on a long drive. As the sun went down I learned that the window tint was VERY dark. Took it to my Honda People and they fixed that with now hesitation. They are the nicest and most accomidating dearlership. My sales reps, Judy & Vinh went above and beyond what I have ever experienced before when buying a car. I am a life long fan and customer !

Sales staff was good and the CRV we bought was reasonably priced and in good shape. The problem was, as usual, the finance team.

1) Process took too long and there was way too much pushing of add-ons. Apparently the no haggling thing is for the primary sale only.

2) The warranty program they will offer you is more expensive than genuine HondaCare, and they didn't even mention HondaCare as an option to us. The way things were presented to us made me think they were offering HondaCare. I realized my mistake later, but...

3)...when I contacted our finance rep to cancel the extended warranty (well within our time frame for doing so), I got stonewalled. When I called in to complain, I was told my finance rep had the paperwork so I had to go through him. Absolute slime-ball stuff.

4) Once the cancellation was requested with my rep (who did finally get in touch), it was denied by Honda. After several more attempts, I finally got the details (the dealership put the wrong mileage down on the cancellation form) and the cancellation was eventually processed.

There is nothing special or different about this dealership except the "drive pink" license plate holder which my wife loves because it is pink. The hassle free branding is a total lie unless you walk in, decline everything, and plop down cash. Will never come back here nor visit for service.

P.S. This is the 2nd time I have posted a review of this place. The first one was removed despite containing nothing inappropriate, counterfactual, or offensive. I hope Google isn't falling for businesses having multiple staff members 'report' negative reviews, and trust that this one will stay in place.

We scheduled a warranty repair over the phone after purchasing a brand new vehicle in December. When my wife arrived during the communicated appointment window, they claimed there wasn't an appointment in their system for her or our vehicle. Upon further inquiry, the part required for the warranty repair had not yet arrived. No effort was made to communicate this delay or reschedule the appointment for after part availability. Not acceptable after a new vehicle purchase.

Went in to look for a used car. They do have beautiful cars, I m not denying that, but they told me they were going to check with 4 banks for a loan, and decided to pull my credit 10 times, so now that s stuck on there for 2 years on my report. I won t even say the name of the representative that was assisting me for respect purposes but my oh my I will never consider looking for a car here. Went somewhere else with no money down and they were able to get me a nice APR. Just don t understand how stupid they have to be to pull my credit 10 times, eventually ruining my chances of getting another car. I m sure other representatives will get the job done, but my only visit there will surely be my last.

We were working With Tamara Thomas who was not helpful at all and did nothing to resolve our problem! I brought my 2018 Ridgeline truck in for service on several items including a transmission light that only comes on in rare circumstances when my truck is hot and stressed. Archie did a transmission service that was due and they spent quite a bit of time in trying to duplicate the circumstances and identify the issue. They definitely went the second mile.

They fixed a sticky door handle issue, identified a tonneau recall issue and fixed that. They went over the whole car and made made sure everything was 100% on par and then washed the car for me.

Good communication, all issues fully addressed, detailed explanations and no question left answered.

Keith not only had the job done well, but also sooner than I expected. He was professional and friendly. Even though it is a pretty long drive for me, I would definitely come back due to the service department s excellent service.

I called them back to tell them the problem still exists left a message and I didn't even get a call back definitely not happy with my experience buying a car there.

I was a first time buyer and was nervous going in but Kaleb Henry was really helpful in making things easy for me to understand. I explained what my needs were and what I was looking for and he was able to explain my different options and find what worked best for me. He was very knowledgeable about the different models and trims of all the vehicles, the different features of each one and even showed me how to use those features. I felt like he knew what he was doing and didnt waste time having to look up any of the information to the questions I had. If anyone asked hes the one I'd tell them to go see.

Great place! I bought my first brand new car here and have taken it in for ever oil change or service it s needed. Always have had a great interaction with the service department. Just last weekend I came in on a Saturday afternoon and they did a oil change & replaced the engine and cabin air filter and even washed the outside of my car in about 40 minutes! Very friendly staff and top notch service. Above and beyond my expectations!

This dealership only wants to sell you a car. After that if you ever need assistance don't bother. THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE. I STRUGGLED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP FOR OVER THE 4 YEARS I OWNED MY HONDA BECAUSE OF CONSTANT SERVICE ISSUES. Recently I totalled my car and Honda Financial told me the dealer owed me money from gap insurance. I have contacted the dealer and spoke to both OSCAR HERNANDEZ and SCOTT STAPELY WHO ARE BOTH MANAGERS and TOLD ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND DID NOTHING. I will have to ESCALATE this since the Mangers at this dealership are USELESS. TEMPE HONDA HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I AM IN THE MARKET FOR A CAR A SURELY WILL NOT BUY A CAR HERE.

Last week I purchased a new 2020 CR-V, which I am REALLY happy with!
I wanted to buy at AutoNation Honda Chandler, because it is close to where I live, but I was willing to drive throughout the Valley, if needed, for the best deal and experience.
After speaking with Eric Soto, in the Sales Department, on the phone and through the internet, I felt he was willing to do whatever was necessary to work with me to make the experience less stressful and satisfying.
Eric was pleasant to work with and Brett Marrs, the Sales Manager, was straight forward and provided all of the numbers in writing to me, so there was NO hidden costs or surprises. Before leaving my house to go the dealership, I knew what my trade-in was worth and what the agreed upon cost of the new 2020 CR-V was going to be upon my arrival.
Eric was very patient with ALL of my questions during the test drive, and Brett made sure I got the best trade-in value along with making sure I was happy with the cost for the new CR-V.
The Finance portion of the process, which I feel can be intimidating, turned out to be a pleasant experience. Tim Lee, from Finance, assisted with all of the paperwork and was enjoyable to talk to. Tim's boss, Jim Ginther, stepped into the office momentarily to check how things were going, and he too was enjoyable to talk to. There was NO pressure.
I hope the Service Department lives up to how I have been treated thus far. They have some big shoes to step into.
I will definitely be recommending AutoNation Honda Chandler to my friends and family.

The whole crew at AutoNation Honda Chandler were professional and courteous. I drove 35 miles to this dealer because the local dealers were inept and unprofessional. Brett Marrs did most of the transaction. He is personable, thorough and knowledgeable. He had the car detailed and ready when we arrived. By far the best car shopping experience I have ever had! I highly recommend Bruce Kral and Britni Aurora at the Gilbert Rd & the 202 Honda. There was no pressure and no upselling. I'm thoroughly happy with my car, the price, and my options. They were extremely patient while they helped me get the best rate. I can't say enough positive things about them and my experience. I have already referred two family members to them. I have never referred anyone to a specific car dealership or sales agents before. It will be awhile before I need to go car shopping for myself but when I do, I will definitely go back to this Honda dealership and request Bruce or Britni.

I originally got my Civic serviced at a different Honda service center in Ohio before driving it across the country to work in Phoenix for the summer. About when I was driving through Arkansas I was certain that the Ohio dealership didn t put something back together right because it sounded like there was a bird in my dashboard it was squeaking so much. On top of that, they cracked my center console on both the driver and passenger side, which they weren t even working on...

After getting such terrible service back home, I took my car in to Autonation Honda Chandler and my experience here couldn t have been further from what I had back home. Everyone I spoke to was technically competent but most of all, customer satisfaction oriented. The manager, Joe, didn t want me to be without a car so he was going to loan me a CRV until my civic was fixed, but on finding out that I wasn t old enough to get a rental car, he personally drove me back to work and bought me my lunch for the inconvenience of shuttling to the service center. The tech who was assigned my car was determined to work until 9:00pm to make sure I would be able to get myself to work. The entire process was a battle back and forth with the other Honda dealership in Ohio to get them to pay for what they broke, but the Chandler staff were incredibly patient and cooperative throughout the entire ordeal.

My car has been 100% squeak-free since I took it in to Autonation Honda Chandler and my experience with them couldn t have been any better. If I weren t driving back home in August, I wouldn t hesitate for a second to go to them for any kind of car problem. I m grateful for the service they gave me and they have my full recommendation to anyone in the area with a Honda.

I had such a wonderful experience here purchasing a brand new 2020 Honda Civic Sport. Worked with Greg (manager), Clem (sales), and Roger (finance), and I wouldn't have put myself in debt with anyone else but them! Super ready to refer.

Now, why the wordy review? It was caused by one person: Roger in SALES. I called to inquire about the process of getting $100 for referrals (my friend had mentioned my name after buying a car two days after I did) and Roger in Sales answered, and was not at all customer service friendly or tried looking into my situation. He ended the call saying "now, if you were to say 'I understand the policy but could you maybe please make an exception juuuustt this once?', then maybe I would have given it just this once as an exception, have a good day", and hung up on me because he wanted to help customers who were "glaring" at him.

Thanks for making me feel unimportant compared to your potential customer dude, and for lecturing me to beg for your exception. I went from a happy high to a horrified sadness. Maybe you were having a bad day but so was I. Not cool.

UPDATE: Greg, the manager, called me later on and actually expedited the check which I honestly wasn t expecting, and followed up with me and really took the time to take care of me. I love this place. Really do and will always refer! I just don t care for roger and his rudeness. Changing to 5 star u all (minus 1) rock my world.

If you are even remotely thinking about selling you car, I highly reccomend giving Ashley Rodriguez a call. I let her know what I wanted for my car if I was going to sell it and she worked extremely hard to make the deal happen. She was even able to get me slightly higher than what I wanted. Way to go Ashley! I'm sure we will do more business in the future!
