My Honda CRV needed the oil changed. I drove into the quick service with no appointment. I was received with a smile and was told what they would do and the approximate charge.
1 hour later the advisor came to me and said he checked and discovered that my Honda was still under a extended service plan. The work was done with no cost and I left with a smile.
