We have purchased several Hondas and 5 have been CRV s. One reason is they last longer, look great and we survived a head on collision totaling both SUV s without a scratch to us. In the past we purchased from two other dealerships here AZ and will never, ever, go to them again. This car experience with AutoNation is by far the best we have ever had. Your service department also has no equal. Thank all of there for restoring our trust in car dealerships!

Went in to to look at some pre-owned Honda CR-V's. Scott Harris worked with us and understood what we were looking for, unfortunately, the Chandler location didn't have the car we wanted. He wasn't pushy and insisted that we wait to find the car that fit our needs. We found online that Auto Nation Tucson had a CR-V with all the features and the price that we wanted. We called Scott and he drove down to Tucson to pick the car up and bring it to Chandler so we could see it and drive it. I am still blown away at the customer service that he and his team provided us. We have had the car for about a week now and couldn't be happier with it.
I will say that we had a weird encounter when we were paying for the car, the Finance guy who was assisting us used a condescending and disrespectful attitude to try and get us to buy additional services. We didn't buy any of them due to his poor behavior. I would still recommend Auto Nation Chandler as everyone else we met was very professional and nice.
I enjoyed shopping at autonation. I traded in an old vehicle and they were willing to work The one thing that bothered me is the listening factor. I was asked what are my deal breakers and only one was met. After spending my whole day at the dealership I had no choice but to take what I could get. But overall I'm glad I was able to walk out with a new vehicle.

Sean and Tristin were super experienced in how to handle the car buying experience and made everything super easy. Honesty goes a long way, and when they didn't know the dimensions of the bed on the new Ridgeline, Sean raced to go find every dimension for me. Tristin answered every which way question I had for him on financing and didn't have a problem helping me find my right price. Overall I am going back when car #2 is required.

We bought our Honda Pilot through the TrueCar website. It worked very well. AutoNation responded with a reasonable price on the car we were looking for, while two other dealers quoted prices on cars that didn't match our search. We visited the dealership, test drove the car and bought it the same day. I never know if I got the best possible price, but it seemed reasonable and we didn't have the hassle of the negotiation. The only downside of our experience was with the paper-signing where they try to sell the upgraded warranty, but you'll have that anytime you buy a car. AutoNation was good for us.

Came to peruse the used cars on the lot looking for a Subaru Impreza manual trans in good condition. I had not originally planned on buying a car but I left in the Subaru Impreza they had on the lot with a smile on my face thanks to Jon and David! I had a horrible experience with Honda warranty and subsequently with Autonation Honda. I was only able to get someone to call me once I provided negative feedback on their survey. The person who called me was argumentative and blamed me for the problems and I was more angry about the situation than before.. They make promises that they don't keep and then blame you for not knowing any better.

Had to go back to this place today because I found out they do not use honda parts as I was previously told and my very dead battery was only warrantied through them. The worst customer service experience of my life. The service manager pulled me into his office and accused me of completely untrue things and said they would not warranty the $200 Not honda battery. He has no manager so I could not plead my case to anyone else.

The best part of buying this car was our salesman Alden Jacobs! He is such a nice person. The only part that still rubs me wrong is they push buying the Vehicle Protection Plan, Vehicle Care Protection, and Tire and Wheel Protection which we did but I don t feel right about spending over $3,000 more. I said no to it once and he kept on us. I won t mention his name. Be prepared to make a decision on that. We do love our new CRV!

I scheduled my vehicle for a routine oil change. The Service Adviser informed me that the battery was not holding a charge. Battery was replaced rather than running the risk of being stranded. Very pleased.
Showed up at 6:30pm on a Saturday night and out by 8:30pm with the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Make sure to ask for Sean, great guy and understood my needs. No hassle, cut to the chase and got me what I wanted, walked out feeling great about my purchase.

Dylan in finance lied about my approval. Did not use the pre approval provided from my own lender. Put me first when he was told we were pre approved for the same rate with our own lender. All misinformation. Bumped the term after we already agreed on term.

Had oil changed and tire rotation, had to return the next day, the bottom plastic/metal engine panel not installed correctly, was falling off.

I went in for a recall on my Honda Element's air bag. It was a Saturday so they were busy, but understandably so. Nate was pleasant to work with, took care of it no problem and informed me of some suspension work I needed (I knew I was overdue, since I was at about 150k miles and bouncing all over the place). He offered a loaner car so I could bring it in during the week, to which I declined (I'm picky). So, knowing they'd be busy the next Saturday, he still got me in and out in ONE day, which I really really appreciate. He explained everything to me thoroughly, which, when I looked it up online (doing my own research, ha!), it all jived with what he told me. I trust his word. The total even ended up below what he quoted (thank you so so much!!). I will go back for all future work on my Element (because, as you know, we Element owners never get rid of our cars!!). I believe Marco was the tech that did the work. So far, my Element is perfectly silent and smooth - time will tell if everything checks out, but I have a feeling everything was done as required. Will update if necessary. I will definitely be using this location (and Nate, as long as he's around!) for all future needs on my baby-er... my Element. :) Thank you very much!

The experience I had at Auto-Nation Honda Chandler was a great experience. As a first time-time car buyer, I was very nervous about walking into a dealership. As soon as I got to the location, started looking at cars in particular the Honda HRV and soon after Rodney came by, introduced himself and asked if I needed any help. I said not at this time, but in a bit. He politely said if I needed anything I am the man lol made me laugh.
The whole experience at Chandler Honda lasted for about 4 hours. I was able to get an amazing deal on a 2017 HRV and left very happy. I defiantly recommend purchasing a car at this location! If you can Ask fro Rodney, because he is the man to go to!

After getting the old bait and switch six years ago with my first vehicle, you could imagine how skeptical of working with a dealership I was, but I had done my research over the last month and really wanted a 2019 Honda Civic Sport. I was so pleasantly surprised when my sales rep, Michael Boehm, not only helped me feel confident in the decision I had made, but respected me and my choice. I was never pushed towards a vehicle I didn't want, and he was more than happy to work with me on the price based on quotes I had gotten from other dealerships in the valley. I have to give credit where it is due, Michael is a great salesman because he truthfully cares, which he demonstrated time and again even after I completed the paperwork for my purchase. Air compressor scam!! Can t believe these people, went in for an oil change and my A/C stopped working. I then got an $1800 estimate to replace the air compressor. I refused, then went home to check it out and found a disconnected wire in my glove box plugged it back in and everything worked. This is ridiculous!!!

On Monday I went to the Honda dealership because of the recall and mandatory correction of the Takata airbag problem. Also needed an overdue oil and filter change. I was in and out of there in 2-1/2 hours and was impressed by this, since it was a very busy day. People are always so nice there, and my serviceman, Eddie, was no exception. He was very pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable and competent. I always feel like I m in good hands with the Honda dealership people.
Excellent customer service with integrity and great time management service. If you want to relax, there is a section inside for people to lounge and wait while their vehicle is being serviced. Overall, friendly service!

I checked my car current value in KBB later that day i got a call from Ashly from Autonationhonda... she asked me to visit the dealership for free appraisal and when i showed up she came quickly and looked the car and had a few min discussion with her manger and came up with numbers and which was pretty decent and in less than 5 min I sold car to Autonation Honda. I wasn't prepared to sell the car at that day so i din't have title or 2nd pair key, so she told me "I can go get the docs and key by the time I came back with those she will finish the paperwork"when i back she had all docs and the check was ready and just few sig...I'm officially done with my sale...Thank you Ashly for your awesome work!!

bought a 2014 Subaru outback ...friendly sales staff....no complaints....get car home...notice loose belt squealing noise....make apt. to get it checked.... I take it in...spend 3 hours....get it back ...squeal seems to be gone....drive home...halfway squeal is back......ok....not real happy with that so i decide to take the Subaru to auto nation Subaru dealer.....right a way...he knows what problem is...belt was recalled to be replaced to solve the issue...he prints out recall notice for me to take back to dealer.....oops....they missed the recall...it happens....not sure what they did to "fix" problem on previous visit...but..moving forward....correct belt is ordered and installed...problem fixed...........couple of weeks later....i get a screw in sidewall....we have tire warranty...so we file claim and make apt. for next day....so i am waiting for two hours for tire change....they finish...i walk out to car...first thing i notice is some kind of goo...lithium grease? all over my nice new tires.....i guess this is a silver lining...because immediately....i thought something was wrong.....and THERE WAS.....they had CHANGED OUT THE WRONG TIRE.....the tire with bolt was still on the car.....NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
Not sure if I should be mad at sloppy clean up job on tires....or grateful that the sloppiness drew attention to a more CRITICAL ERROR.........either, way....the service has been disappointing.....we had already planned to do our servicing at the autonation suburu as soon as the belt issue was taken care of....we will avoid this service center whenever possible...according to repair and maintenance warranty....conditions.

My family have been customers of autonation honda going back to when they were honda cars of mesa. This store is in a great location and is filled with friendly and professional employees. We traded up to a 2018 CRV. Everything went smooth thanks to Bruce our salesman. The one thing that was inconvenience was one of our keys didn't match our car. I had to make two trips back for one loss key but, their still awesome and I love our new ride thank autonation honda.
I just want to say that I moved from PA to AZ, and I had an amazing experience with Auto Nation. From the time I walked in the door Brett Marrs was able to answer any question I had. I was a first time buyer for a brand new car, so of course I asked every question possible. My car is amazing, it was the exact color I wanted, interior, and also features. I also had an excellent experience with Chris Rodriguez, he was able to also help me with anything I needed as well from the time I was at the dealership, or even after the purchase. Brett has been checking in on me to make sure everything is still great with my car even after two weeks have passed. He also wanted to make sure my move has been going good, my new job, and would answer any questions I have even not pertaining to the car I purchased. I loved my experience and would rate Auto Nation Honda 5 stars!! Thanks to them, I was able to not only get the perfect car, but also have an amazing experience.

I had a good experience getting my car serviced here. Everyone was so nice and helpful. My service advisor, Derek, was knowledgeable and friendly. I especially appreciated the extra service I received from the guys in the parts department. They answered all of my questions about some extras I was considering for my car. No hard sell. Just information and knowledge of prices in the local market too. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that I had to wait this time. My appointment didn't start on time and it didn't end in the amount of time they assured me it would be done. I go here all the time for service and this is the first time that happened. They seemed to be really busy and I will go back.

In general, the process was seamless. The Finance person kept us waiting so long that we were about to leave when he walked up. He said there was lots of information to put in the computer. We were not financing through them, so I do not believe that. He also could have come out to tell us that. Our sales person did check on us once. THEN, they were in receipt of the check from our Crediti Union around noon one day and never called to tell us we could come get the car. I called the next day and had to leave messages until I finally got the wonderful, helpful receptionist to track down the check and snag someone who could tell me I could come for the car. Actually, they brought it to me, which was nice.

This was the smoothest car purchase that I have experienced with any auto dealer. Last weekend we decided to check out a Certified Used Honda that was listed at a great price. We arrived at the dealership mid-morning and the place was buzzing with activity. So much so that we were not approached by any salesmen - they were all busy with customers - and we had to go to the reception desk to ask for assistance. Our salesman was Eric Hardy, a very nice, low-key guy that we felt very comfortable with immediately. He was able to work with us for a great rate on this used vehicle and was very straight-forward on the payment terms available. The finance guy (forgot his name!) was great as well, no hard-push for upsell items though he did explain an aftermarket warranty that was available. Yesterday we returned to the dealership for a couple of small issues we noticed on the vehicle and Joe Rogers in service was very receptive and helpful. They were able to handle these issues at no charge and wanted to make sure we were happy with our service and vehicle. We will definitely be using AutoNation in Chandler for our future maintenance for this car and consider them for future purchases. Everyone we spoke to was professional and courteous. This really has been the best experience you could ask for and I recommend them highly to anyone!
I had an excellent experience working with AutoNation Honda Chandler and their Internet Sales Manager David Van Ruler especially after having your typical "high pressure must buy now" sales pitch from another car maker in Phoenix. Needless to say I went with Honda and David Van Ruler. David provided me with clear pricing, understood my wants, and found me the car I wanted at a price below what I might have had to pay at other dealerships. David also did not try to up-sell me on accessories but provided me a complete listing and price for installation for what was available for the CR-V and let me make the choice, no pressure. The other nice thing I found dealing with AutoNation Honda Chandler was no dealer add-ons such as desert protection packages, nitrogen tire fees, trim or mud flaps which do nothing but run up the price and increase the dealers sales margin. David was also quite knowledgeable when it came to demonstrating all the features of the CR-V EXL to both my wife and I as this particular Honda model has plenty of bells and whistles. Even Paul in financing when we sat down to sign the contract left any added maintenance or other services packages up to me with no pressure to take any one of them but would readily explain the added benefits of them when I had a question as to what they would provide to me the car buyer. David Van Ruler and the AutoNation Honda Chandler team have set a new standard in my opinion for customer service and the overall car buying experience from one that I have always dreaded to I know where I will go first for my next car. Painless purchasing experience with Bruce after using the Costco Auto Program. They made it easy since I don't like pushy sales people that try to avoid transparency all costs.
The service was very good however I was in a hurry at the end and I asked the service advisor if all of the radio channels were still there and he said yes. I should have checked and did not until I was about ten miles down the road. I ended up having to reset all of the Sirius radio channels and the phone. Other than that everything was great.
