For many years, my opinion was very positive, until 15.09.2017, when I bought the ADDWASH washing machine, factory packed, after unpacking, it turned out that the washing machine top is damaged in 2 places, the EURO-AGD store accepted the complaint by great grace and the Samsung helpline just one big drama beautifully recited formulas and numbers in the tables .... this is the world of Samsung I am looking forward to the further development of the situation I am very disappointed that no one wants to take the topic of how to help the client in such a situation.
