Failure, customer treatment during a complaint is below criticism. I recently bought a washing machine and dryer, fortunately the washing machine is ok, but the dryer was damaged from the beginning. After reporting, the service technician arrived fairly quickly, the fault was found and the equipment was replaced. Apparently everything is fine but only now the stairs have begun, MK Service is sending a letter to Samsung with information about the replacement of equipment, after a week there is agreement with the proposal to replace it with new equipment and that I should go at my expense to pick up new equipment. When I called the samsung hotline I found out that I could collect it but only when I got the original document from Mk Service. The next days pass, the letter sent by ordinary letter after receiving the letter I call to arrange an exchange, unfortunately it is not so easy, I have to send the same letter to Samsung, because they must have the original, as if the service could not send directly to Samsung. I bought the equipment on March 13, 2018, we have April 4, and I still have a damaged dryer in the laundry. I made one basic mistake, I was persuaded in a samsung hardware store, after all I could buy BOSCHA which I was focused on from the beginning and I probably wouldn't be sitting in front of the computer and not wasting valuable time on scuffling with samsung. I advise against this company, I hope that thanks to my opinion, their sales will drop and there will be much less dissatisfied customers.
