Where do I even begin! Sami Fine Jewelry is AMAZING. I initially took my ring to another store to have it sized. They lost a diamond and replaced it with a smaller, dark diamond. I heard about Sami Fine Jewelry from a co-worker and I decided to have my ring inspected and repaired there. The staff is wonderful! They are all very helpful. The store is very well taken care of and the puppies running around are adorable!! They tested my diamonds in front of me when I left and when I picked it up. Most jewelers don't even do that, so you never know if they replaced them with fake ones. I got my ring back sooner than expected and it looks brand new! It is stunning. The price to have it repaired was much less than I expected. They earned a customer for life. THANK YOU :)

I would advise anyone to not use this jewler for anything. I bought an engagement ring for my soon to be fiance and they totally took advantage of me. Paid a nice chunk of money and when I got a second and third opinion from other well respected jewelers they both said the same thing that it was not a high quality stone and evaluated the cost at much lower than what I paid. I regret to say I've bought lots of jewelry from here in the past and I wish I had not.

Plenty of time for joking around with ladies who appeared to be less than serious about purchase intentions (my impression after working at a massively busy retail store in the past). I highly recommend this jeweler. They have always been friendly, helpful and professional. I can always trust them with my jewelry. I had a pair of earrings that I purchased from Sami's that kept losing the stones but they let me pick a new set of the same earrings for free. Years later when the earrings had another issue, they fixed them right away even though they no longer carried that brand. It was an unfortunate set of earrings that seemed to give me issues but that was not their fault. In fact, I believe they stopped carrying that line of jewelry because of the issues with the stones. So they are always looking out for their customers and making sure they remain satisfied. Thank you, Sami's, for setting a standard above the rest!

Sami's staff made sure I felt welcome, offered food and beverage before the helicopter flight to the mine, and the information received about the mine itself was very educational. Excellent views and fun being a miner for the time. If it's not on your "bucket list" make sure you add it. An adventure I'll never forget!
