Kansas City Nestle Site has degraded in the past few months. I believe since the drivers pay have decreased drastically . The quality of the drivers work has also have declined. The work that is expected out of these drivers are not compensated; with the lack of leadership since the let go of Eric the Site Manager and Craig the Fleet Manager. The Site have since went from one of the top in the company to the bottom. The regional manager Charles Lombard body language towards black people is so unbelievable. He will not address when black drivers come in the office. If he has to shake their hands, I as well as others seen him wipe his hands as soon as he touches them. I was told that I qualify for the fleet manager position but Charles did not think that I would be strong enough for the job because I was a woman in a predominantly male field. I just say if you want to work for Estenson Logistics now Hub Group it will very much be a waist of time. The warehouse completes loads whenever they want and your just looked at to be a robot and work on their time. Yes, you will be paid but who wants to be waiting all day for a load and leave out at 10pm or later sometimes.I just want to say GET IT TOGETHER!!!!
