I am a landlord of one of those flats in Quay House and I am looking for landlords of the other flats. The Endeavour project worked out to be one big scam, now they are bankrupting, I suffered huge financial loss on this "affordable" deal. People responsible for this scam are: GWYNNE, Jonathan / GRAY, Stephen Robert / Mr Jonathan Robert Keatings of ENDEAVOUR STRATEGIC LIMITED and ENDEAVOUR QUAY HOUSE LIMITED and ENDEAVOUR STRATEGIC CONSULTING LIMITED (08128503), the company address: 32 Crescent, Crescent, Salford, Manchester, England, M5 4PF.
The estate agent Homes4u was taking part in this scam, they were selling this fabulous deal and even when I was informing them the deal is a scam as Endeavour stopped paying their rent to me and the building has never been finished, the agent Homes4u was still selling the other flats from the building, it took me good few months to persuade them to remove this deal from their portfolio.
An ex-employee Rippon who actually sold me the property in the Quay House resigned from working at Homes4u and he told me the Homes4u owner is a very good friend with the Endeavour directors. The building has never been finished and now the company that is taking the building over from Endeavour that is in a process of bankruptcy is requesting money from landlords to finish the works to the building and the grounds around. What is more GWYNNE, Jonathan / GRAY, Stephen Robert have just appointed another scam companies (details available on Companies House website).
Then there is that Salix company involved as well, they were happily renting my property to tenants for the last two years but they forgot to pay me. Even when I finally managed to get my property back through a court battle that lasted 7 months and costed me thousands of pounds they still continued to rent my property until I finally managed to evict the tenants.
Now I won my property back but the building is literally falling apart (it s 3 years old) and the new management is requesting more money from us landlords to bring the building to decent standards.
I managed to speak to one other landlord and now we are both looking to contact as many landlords from Quay House as possible to join forces against this scam. I am flat No 1, the other landlord is flat No 7, please contact us if you are in similar situation.

Moved to a brand new apartment with my baby and partner. As soon as we moved in there the windows and carpets were filthy and the flat was clearly damp. After 1-2 months we had rising damp in our master bedroom, mould growing in the bathroom and kitchen and the damp ruined my brand new wardrobe. Landlord said to keep windows open etc which didn't work. Wet patches in the carpet and flat was infested with wood lice, damp was so bad that it got to everyone's chest that slept in that room.
Had a leak upstairs in neighbours flat and only a couple of days after we had a leak also, so bathroom stunk of mould and damp but landlord didn't want to do anything about it.
I had to keep reporting different problems with the flat I've never had so many problems in one place if something seems too good to be true it normally always is!!!
Also met one of the builders who told me that they were told to build over the damp/mouldy building that it was before! No wonder it had all these problems. Disgusting how they can put a baby's health at risk over a bit of money.

Been a tenent for almost 9 years. Overall had great service. Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars as one repair that needed doing wasn't done properly and a cheaper, much less efficient job was done, which will no doubt cost more in the near future. Hopefully with the change of repairs being brought in house this shouldn't be an issue in future.

I have reported, on more than one occasion, the use of cannabis by certain neighbours - they have failed to deal with the matter, even though the sickly smell is creeping into my home.

Cleaning / onsite caretaker services are appalling - again, this has been reported, but nothing has been done about the lack of service that is being provided. A major leak has been reported at least 8 times over the past 3 years - staff take photographs, send a workman to look, but it is still ongoing, and getting worse.

I have severe arthritis in my hands/fingers - I was promised 'disabled taps' 4 years ago, and I am STILL waiting for them to be installed.

Salix Homes are a bunch of charlatans who have no interest in the running of their homes; although they soon jump on you if you are a week late with the rent.

I have lived in my property for 27 yr no problem with Salix jobs are all ways done

Salix housing ,is the worst housing associations I've ever seen in uk,they are incompetent, unreliable,if you want any job done,you have to go to there office and scream your head off,you have to wait for 3week to have a simple repair done,if you want things to be done quickly, tell them you will stop the payment of your rent,Daniel was called in to fix my front door on the the 19th of dec,after my front door keeps on locking,and am always locked inn,he promise me that he would go the the warehouse first thing in the morning on the 20th of Dec,and he would be back to fix my front door,a very sincere guy,to my surprise for the first time with salix homes,Daniel turned up at exactly 9.54am,and the door was fix,kudos to you Daniel.

Stott Lane is far preferable to South Kensington or indeed the London Borough of Sutton army SM postcodes give me an M26 to M60 on the M62 instead of the circular double helix loop which is the M25 anytime,)

I've not had any problems with getting any work done to my house when needed. Even in an emergency they have always come out within a hour. The maintenance men are helpful and they make sure the job is safe, complete and make sure you are happy with the job in question before they leave.
