I have reported, on more than one occasion, the use of cannabis by certain neighbours - they have failed to deal with the matter, even though the sickly smell is creeping into my home.

Cleaning / onsite caretaker services are appalling - again, this has been reported, but nothing has been done about the lack of service that is being provided. A major leak has been reported at least 8 times over the past 3 years - staff take photographs, send a workman to look, but it is still ongoing, and getting worse.

I have severe arthritis in my hands/fingers - I was promised 'disabled taps' 4 years ago, and I am STILL waiting for them to be installed.
