I have been here for almost one year now. I have worked for many companies in the last 10 years since I ve been trucking. Bia Group without a doubt is the best company I have ever worked for. They care about their drivers 100%. My dispatchers are Bojan and Brian. These two guys are the best dispatchers I ve ever had. For the first time in 10 years it s actually a treat to get a phone call from the office. Because I know whatever they want it has my best interest in mind.

Truly the best company out there , really enjoy working here , changed 7 companies till i found BIA , and im not changing my company ever again :))

I ve been with this company for over two years now and this is a great company to work for. All the Administrative people are respectful understanding and caring about the job they are doing. You get 88% of the load no strings attach. No force dispatch and home whenever you want to. I found out about this company from a guy who jumped around from company to company. Well two months has passed by and I asked him to give me the name of the company because if they pleased you I know they got to be a good company. Thank you B I A Group group. BIA is great to work with. So much so I am actually taking the time to write a review, which I very rarely do. They were on time to the pickup on a critical team load that was 900 miles. They made it in 17 hours. When I called them at 10pm, someone answered and was able to quickly track my shipment's location which allowed me to update my customer when they wanted an evening update. Professional and great service. I could not be more pleased with their service and plan to use them moving forward.

I'm looking for better opportunities & I'll tell you after speaking to Liz on yesterday I was very impressed. It's nice to speak with someone who knows how to connect with people. I would love to be a part of this team, just from our conversation. So we'll see what the future holds, but until then Liz is truly an asset to this company.

Fraudulent, deceitful company. Do not be deceived by the fake reviews here. I responded to an ad offering $5,000 sign-on bonus among other financial benefits.
Ad said they have a yard in Chicago with showers for my drivers.
After signing on the dotted line, (Bianca) tells me, "oh we don't have any $5,000 bonuses". So why do you have ads promising a bonus???
And no they don't have any parking yards anywhere either.

Also they sent me to do a drug test which they said they would pay for as all companies do. A few days later Marco tells me that I have to pay them $80 for the drug test or they would put it in my credit report as a collection.
So why wasn't that explained to me upfront?? Why lie to me that you'll pay for it??

I have submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as given a BBB review of this shady company, and will be filing complaints with other regulatory government bodies as well. Stay away from these guys, bunch of crooks.
