My son received a light up AR globe from this company as a gift. It did not work upon receipt. When I reached out to the company regarding having the item replaced, they stated that I would have to pay for shipping the defective product to them and they would repair or replace. I explained that I should not have to pay to ship their product to them when it never worked to begin with. They responded that this was their policy. This speaks volumes about the quality that they expect from the products they sell. If they were confident in the quality, they would not demand customers to pay to have a defective product shipped to their headquarters. Don t buy their products! They sell garbage and expect for you to pay even more money to receive a product that actually works.

Don't buy anything that requires vivitar app, as I just bought a graco baby monitor that requires this app and the app won't even connect. Honestly does anyone even work there anymore? seeing how they never ever seem to respond to their customers.

I wish I could give this negative stars. I bought a wireless mouse (Sakar Vivitar), and the USB receiver didn't even register on my laptop. I expected this very cheap mouse to underperform, but unfortunately it did not even perform at all. I am very disappointed and would not recommend their products.

If I could give this place negitive stars I would, I had a baby monitor from graco and it lasted a month and this place was their "warranty" place and they made me pay for shipping to get it to them buy whatever I paid it said I will have it 2-3 weeks just called today their quoting me another 3 weeks when today is week 4, so I bought a baby monitor worked a month and shipped it to these people and now I'm out a baby monitor at least 7 weeks.. and the worst part about it is they say their shipping out a new one not even fixing mine so it takes 7+ weeks to ship out a new one? Will never buy a graco product again cause this is their warranty policy.

THE WORST. Don't buy ANYTHING from these folks. We bought a $200 Neutrino Voyager E-Skateboard for a family member's birthday middle of December. The board wouldn't connect to the bluetooth remote. Called customer service and they said return/exchange with a FedEx label...i was told turn around is 10 days (per customer service), but expected 30 days max (per the website). That was 6 weeks ago and we still don't have a replacement. In fact, after having called repeatedly and demanding a refund, their only offer was to send out a different model that gets less mileage. Still hasn't shipped. Customer service advised me to call their corporate office...I've left 3 messages over the past 3 weeks and have never received a call back. Again, this company is THE WORST and should probably be investigated for fraud/scam. I'm calling the BBB after I post this. BOO!

I bought a security camera from them and it worked...

I bought a security camera from them and it worked fine for about 11 months. When it started to make a horrible whining noise and wouldn't connect to the app, I sent it back to the company within it's 1 year warranty. Customer service was prompt and said the turn around to be 2-3 weeks. After I spent my own money on shipping, I received nothing but poorly written auto responses and promises of another 2-3 weeks. A few months later and I am told to call instead of email. All I could do is leave a message, no option to talk to a real person.
Edit: took three months but it randomly appeared at my house one day.

I wish I could give zero stars. Purchased a hoverboard for my son for Christmas, it malfunctioned A DAY after receiving it. Mailed it to sakar for warranty replacement and have been waiting THREE MONTHS to see the returned product. Have called several times, have been lied to about it s shipping date! Do not purchase from this company!
