I went to an appointment that was far from pleasant, but the lady conducting it was just so incredibly nice. She kept asking questions, checking in, narrating what she was doing, always asking for consent first and overall just made me calm and relaxed. I really wish I could've caught her name, but she was just phenomenal. Thank you so much! :)
I'd like to share my experience with the admin Zane. He went through the whole procedures and was very apologetic for every single little thing. Very polite and patient. Great customer service
Big thank you to Kyle who sorted my nana out with an issue! He reassured myself and my nana and pulled through on what he said and explain as much as we was panicking about the scan his calming attitude towards us is something vista should be proud of. We now have our scan next week! Also he explained we will get the images on the day. Definitely coming back here if I need something. Excellent customer service! And of course from my experience now, it was extremely professional. Thank you so much Vista! I would recommend this service.

I experienced an excellent customer service at Vista health. The staff ( Ruth & Modupe) were approachable and provided me with a great customer service. I would recommend Vista health to the public to use. Very neat and tidy. Well done and keep it up.
My partner booked an MRI - two hours before (just as we were about to leave as we are not local) he received a text to say the appointment was cancelled. They said they required a referral letter, on their website it clearly states 'MRI's without a referral'. However he also had a referral letter and sent this over straightaway but they said it wasn't enough for them to carry out the MRI. My partner has now missed his appointment with the NHS as we thought this was going ahead today. It seems a bit of shambles to text a customer two hours before their appointment to cancel. My partner booked through Vista Health as we thought they were a reputable company and wanted to be seen ASAP to put his mind at rest.
I don't even know where to start with how bad the whole service has been. I enquired and booked my MRI very quickly, paid premium price to have my MRI ASAP. On my enquiry form and on calls with them I stated I wanted a head and neck scan. Turns out for some reason they booked me for a eye only MRI, no one at any point explained this and only found out after the scan. They also booked me in to go to Birmingham, after driving 2 hours to get there the centre (not vista) called to say they can't do the scan as the machine isn't strong enough, I then had to drive an additional 1.5 hours to Nottingham to get it done. Turned out to be a 6 hour round trip.
I had to call again yesterday and chase the re review of my scans, they have once again just got the radiologist to comment on my eyes, after i have repeatedly said this ai isn't what I requested. They provided me an email to contact if there was an issue. I email this email and its blocked. Still nothing from the alleged complaints team in nearly a week.

The location of the place wasn't hard to find, a little confusing if you didn't know where you were going. It's right in-between Waterloo Underground Station and Southwark Underground Station.
The place itself was rather nice, very clean as you'd expect.
Staff were pretty much the same.
