Cactus National Park is a place where you can see ...

Cactus National Park is a place where you can see and observe cacti without a circle. While driving along the road, you will see countless cacti, but once you park your car and look closely at the cactus flowers and fruits, you will be attracted to birds to peck the fruits, and the birds will fly to other places and breed by excrement. The providence of righteousness is seen. And the cactus column is bigger and bigger than you think. It is now preserved as a monument in Arizona and is said to be protected from tampering.

I really enjoy this park both the west and the East locations. The West has a awesome trail that leads you to the top of the highest peak which has amazing views. And the east side of the park has a nice variety of trails

Went for a day hike. We got a late start around 1100a. Thankfully, it wasnt too hot that day. Everyone at the visitor center was very helpful we got all of our maps from there along with some AZ swag to try to beat the heat. Would definitely check it out if you're into hiking there were also some good setups to rest while on your hike

Large Saguaro cacti throughout park. Nice welcome center with great information and displays. Welcome center has a garden with trails and information signage about the vegetation found in the area

Very nice park with short and somewhat longer hiking opportunities. The trail guide is very clear and good. Had a very close experience with the Diamontback rattlesnake which rattled but not aggressively required a little detour from us

Terrain, landform and vegetation amaze me!

Terrain, landform and vegetation amaze me!
Amazing scenery, Saguaro with a lot to watch!
You can drive all the way to avoid heat stroke in hot weather.
You can also choose to hiking to get closer to the view.

One of the most unique and beautiful places I've ever seen. We got to the east section of the park at sunset after a rain and the air was just phenomenal -- thick and perfumed. The saguaros framed by the sunset were beautiful. The next day we explored the larger, west section of the park and were blown away by the sheer number of cacti and the scenery. We live in the high desert in New Mexico, but this was unlike anything I've ever seen. Absolutely worth it if you're in the area.

Very nice NP, not the largest in size so you can really get into it and explore it. The visitor center has some really good presentations e.g. the one which is called creepy crawler of Saguaro NP . A young Ranger held this presentation held this presentation last week for us and it was really refreshing seeing someone with so much enthusiasm about the nature and creatures living there. Even showed us Scorpions, Tarantulas and a Tarantula Hawk Wasp.

This is a fun national park to visit. There are two different parts of the park, one on the West side of Tuscon Arizona, and one on the East side. The West side is full of Saguaro cacti, but they both have tons of Saguaros. There are walks and hikes for all ages and limitations. They have interesting ranger talks, and a gift shop in each part. I would recommend the movie inside the visitor center. It was one of the better ones for a National Park that I've seen. I would visit this park again!

It's hard to star this because it depends on what you like. All rocks and cactus. It's a must if you visit here. Mountains that are easily hikeable in a day. Trails are nicely marked and used alot. You won't know if you can mountain bike a trail unless you do your research, meaning if they allow it or if it's even possible.

Drove from Sierra Vista to El Paso and stopped, amazing place to see especially if you are near by but loop drive on dirt road was a bit rough and after an hour you've seen enough cacti. Recommend driving the scenic route through the area, see just as much beautiful views but its paved and free

Beautiful place. The desert vegetation with all of the surrounding mountains makes this place spectacular. The visitors center is nice and the staff is friendly. My kids had fun getting their Jr Ranger badges.

The park is awesome. The bathrooms at the Redhill visitor center have already been closed at 5:30 (10/26/20), and this is not really convenient. It would be better to put some sticker about bathroom schedule on the doors.

Absolutely fell in love with this national park! Don t recommend going in the middle of July, as it is SO hot out, but we were able to get a lot of great pictures and see some really neat cactus and plants! I recommend if going in the middle of summer to have some sort of moisture wicking long sleeve to help keep you cool and to help not get sunburned! And BE CAREFUL FOR THE jumping cactus!!

I promised the desert 5 stars if it wouldn't kill me horribly, and I survived, so here you go. Very pretty even if everything is probably deadly. I did not expect saguaro cactus skeletons would look as cool as they do. It never occurred to me that they have skeletons to begin with, so I got educated and that's always a bonus after surviving the visit!
