Good quality hotel, new enough. Staff is very friendly. Location in quiet area of Fintas, access to beach. Despite looking small outside quiet spacious. Food and beverage is good quality. Rooms are spacious with nice view either on Sea side. Overall ambience is pleasingly quiet.

I liked the quiet and the cleanliness. I was visiting from Canada and the staff was very helpful (mainly Jessie and Imad). The free shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus and room service was great! Breakfast buffet was very filing and the staff were nice.

The hotel is very nice and I liked it very much. However the staff at the reception need to be trained to be friendly to clients. I visited the hotel the day before my check in to insure that I can check in early the next day. The lady at the reception said it is fine and I can come at 12 noon to collect the access cards. I was surprised that when I showed up the next day, the same lady said that the rooms are not ready and I cannot collect the access cards and I have to wait for at least one hour!!. Add to this, and during my interaction with her on the two days,she was very serious with not a single smile. I felt like I was treated like a beggar. In addition, the wi -fi was down for several hours which ruined the stay.

The hotel has been fortified with a wedding in it and the party in the basement is the place to go and the hallway for the wedding reception is only for a small, small and narrow. A beautiful and comfortable place on the seaside of the Arab Bay. Thanks to the friendly staff. Restraint is very nice.

It has been such an amazing holiday at this five stars hotel.what a wonderful stay!, restaurant is very nice with variable dishes, room is very cozy, clean and wide.I would like to thank reception people specially Saroja; she is very nice and co-operative.

Very cool hotel but it is bad service and slow

Hotel is worse than bad as dealing with employees, they saw them at noon. They said the room was being prepared at 4 am. I took abundance and returned them to 4, they said there is no reservation! The worst experience you can imagine. Of course, I spent two hours trying to understand what was previously mentioned, but it seems that one of them won his money. He gave the room money an experience that is impossible to repeat ..

A note on Kuwait hotels, including this hotel, which is unfortunately under the control of an Egyptian Muslim administration. All of them require the marriage contract as well. The percentage of problems at the time of check-in and check-out is high, in addition to providing them in everything, whether in coffee, soap or towels, unlike hotels managed by Indians, Iranians or Egyptians. Christianity is easy to handle and abundant room requirements.

The hotel is excellent but needs management development and creating an attractive environment.

Finally, I hope from Brother Seif not to reply because he does not solve, does not link, and does not deal with a problem, as he uses copied responses to him and does not search for a solution that a lost person does not give.

A beautiful and four star hotel is not new but is well known for its choice of courses and weddings.

It was one of the most amazing hotel experiences I have ever had. I didn't want to leave! We arrived at the hotel to friendly porters who helped us out of the taxi and into the hotel. The lobby is very glamorous with glitzy chandeliers and polished marble floors. Check in was efficient and staff was friendly. Our room was located on the 5th floor with amazing views

I visited the coffee shop behind the hotel. I and one person said that the applicant had a dinner for two people for 25 KD. It was very good and tasty. When paying, I had to pay KD50. The reason was that the person was KD 25 and not the person. He left and must pay the BULG and claimed the crew was complete Bana not to the Arabic language

Average ... there is no place to sit in the outdoor garden ... for hotel guests and their sea front is closed ... unfortunately we booked with them and when ...

Terribly bad. Wwdding party was hosted in Safir Hotel. I am staying at the highest floor and still can hear the party euphoria clearly. The room is bad with no sounds proof. Staying at Safir Hotel for business purposes and sleeping time is needed to be right. I found out that most guests are not aware and pretty much got the same feedback as well.

Safir Hotel should have prevention and mitigation plan. Customer should aware that the party is ongoing from which duration. This is handled badly as well. Need improvement on room sounds proof. It is very disappointing and I would expect Safir could know the situation better and do improvement.

It is not a pleasant stay.

The rooms are not so well maintained overlooking the sea overlooking the air conditioning

Good housing is not suitable for children because there is no swimming pool for children only for adults

Nice and clean hotel near a clean beach. For families and friends to hug out. Near many attractions.

Usually doesn't write very much reviews, but this place deserves boasting. Lovely service! Blei met by a nice service Staff who showed rooms selected and recommended bonus program In Prefer. Fantastic breakfast and evening menu. Very nice room service Staff. Washes thoroughly and changes the bedding.
Lunch break packages can also be ordered at reception. A very good altanative packed lunch at work: -)

A hotel deserves 5 stars without the waterfront maintenance and the unpleasant smell that prevented it from using the balcony of the room

Very clean and organised. Rooms are spacious and clean. But Iftar hall in ramadan is not really well air conditioned and is huuuge!

Safir Hotel is a wonderful home,I am so amazed at the working relationship with most of the staff like Jessie ,Romal,Ela,Vyshak etc.The hotel flavors ,pools and food served are quiet amazing.So impressed and comfortable with the overall hotel management.Safir is really a home...

It is a beautiful hotel. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. The staff are super helpful and customer-oriented. They are good at accepting constructive feedback. No one interrupts you. They let you finish your thoughts and complaints and then try to come up with solutions.

The food is nice. The suite was nicely cleaned and I felt at home.

Disadvantages... :

I checked in on January 28-th in the afternoon. However, when I entered the suite, I got immediately frustrated. The windows were dirty. The seaview....It's not the seaview I expected to get. There's a construction site that spoils the view. Yue bath tub started leaking the very night I took it, and all the water was on the floor.

The rooftop has a nice view simply because you don't see the construction site below.

The price for suite with the "seaview" isn't worth the money they charge per night or two or whatever.

Wi-Fi is frustratingly poor. What I also didn't like is that many people who stayed at the hotel didn't wear masks. That's disappointing that rules should be the same for everyone. They are not. Some locals...those weren't expats didn't want to or refused to wear masks. By doing so they expose others to Covid. Strict measures should be taken against the ones who refuse to abide by the rules.

I would like to thank Nishad Thaikkattu for being a "Solve Every Problem Guy" who wasn't supposed to do so but he did. For that I would like to say Thx again. Thanks for the cake you provided me with on January 29th which was my birthday. The Birthday mood was lost but Nishad did his best to support me. He was there any time he promised to be to listen and try to provide the solution.

The staff of the hotel are to be appreciated for the patience and support they are ready to provide any time.

Now that I know of the issues that I might be faced with next time, I will prefer some other place to stay at.

This is my personal opinion and I don't impose it on anyone else. I mentioned everything that I experienced and made my own conclusions. Photos and videos don't always display the reality. I will be more attentive from now on. Reviews don't always mean what they had been set to mean.
