Visited Safety Direct as I needed to get some workwear and PPE last minute. The staff in the shop couldn't have been more helpful; I knew what I was looking for and they took all that on board and made great recommendations, which allowed me to purchase everything that I needed. I contacted Safety Direct last week to place an order for gear bags but needed them 5 days later. I honestly thought it would be impossible but was lucky enough to be dealing with Paul Gately who was the most professional person i have dealt with in a while. His attention to detail was excellent and his word was certainly his word. Paul had everything sorted 4 days later and my order ready for collection. Placed an order after checking stock level with staff, then after nearly three days wait and numerous calls, I was told they can't fulfill the order, due to low stock level... Not recommended.
Asked for size 11 boots and was given a 12 by accident. I put them on at work and realized they were too small but had to work in them anyway. Manager did not refund me even though it was stores fault. Went up the road to caulfields, explained what happened, they gave me 45% off a pair of dewalts! Go to caulfields..
