Don't go through these people they're now considered "sl staffing" ..they literally started me Thursday at "The Augusta Sportswear plant " and they let me go Today Without reason . The lady acts as if she's educated and innocent but is very ghetto and unprofessional ! Beware she's a scammer who gets people's hopes up for a job .
I was hired at Augusta sportswear, after two weeks of training I was let go because of 4 tardies that never happened. Once the truth was found out I was still unable to return and was not sent to another assignment. This is happening to a lot of ppl who this company hires. A waste of people's time!!!

Every time I call they don't have any work but I see jobs available online for them the person said that's so people can fill out an application with them this is false advertisement when the jobs they have posted is not available

Awful communication skills. The women over payroll has a arrogant way of talking to someone. He doesn t sleep in his office , that s fine but why do I have to wait until 2:00pm to be paid.

This company doesn't even deserve a star. They lie about jobs saying temp to permanent. They have no jobs in Greensboro where their office is located. The people that they have contracts with lie on you if they don't want you working there. You will work hard jobs for hardly no pay. A sorry excuse for a temp agency.
I applied for a position on Ziprecruiter quite a while ago, and moved on to other applications as one should. I was contacted by a recruiter who showed interest in my resume. She asked that I complete the onboarding paperwork, and would send my resume over to the company the position was for. She stated she would follow up. Two days went by, and I then followed up via email with no reply. I followed up again 2 more times to no avail. I understand that I am not the only person they are trying to place, but as they reached out to me, and essentially ghosted me was beyond unprofessional. It was a bit disheartening, but all you can do is live and learn.

If I could give this place a negative two stars I would! They lied and sent me on a job that they told me was full time and my first day half way through my shift the supervisor came to me and told me that I wasnt authorized to be there so I spoke with the girl who worked at sl staffing and she said "i called you last night at 9:00 p.m. to tell you not to go from a private number" so then they tell me to buy clothes black shirts and bottoms to start my next job full time temp to permanent gave me my schedule and I worked there one day and sent me a text at 9:30 p.m. that night saying " they only needed you one day"
Why would I spend money on clothes to work a job at 9.00 a hour for one day??? So I called and spoke with the president over the place and I came in and we spoke and she promised me a job in a few days and she would call me and let me know when to start, I waited she never called and I called everyday for a week and got no answer. THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME
