Very bad service $500 for a 20 yd dumpster for 3 weeks originally the price was okay at 315 which was normal and I understand the extra money $3 a day for the extra days but talking on an extra 140 saying it was overweight when it was just a dumpster with drywall and a little bit of old wood floor I'll just stick with the old guys they might be late showing up but at least they never hit me with no surprise charges
I'm not sure what others are talking about hidden fees but it was explained to me in detail the different sizes and prices for each dumpster and the cost if I went over the allotted tonnage. I live in Jeffersonville Indiana and was informed that there would be an additional charge for bridge tolls. I have used Quntum Enterprise for my dumpster rentals and have never had an issue. I recommend this company to anyone who is needing a dumpster.

I rented 2 dumpsters with this people and it was a mess, first, they charged me more because the address was in jeffersonville, second the driver didn't know how to park in my yard, I had to remove 40 feet off my fence because he didn't want to enter from the normal entrance, third they charged me 310 dollars because they said the dumpsters were heavier than they "should" be, how can you weight a dumpster? Supposedly you rented them because you will put there the stuff you can put in the normal trashcan, like wood, cardboard, furniture, I'll never ever again rent with this people, ever if they have the cheapest price on earth.
