Keep up the sweet Pamfilya team. We are here for the 7th time now and it is always absolutely perfect

They sold us this holiday stating that there would be catamaran's at Club Robinson Masmavi. There are NO CATAMARANS at that Club Robinson. We got transferred to Club Robinson Pamfilya and barely received any compensation. Management staff was arrogant, did not believe our claim and have been trying to contact Club Robinson while at home FOR MORE THAN A MONTH. Our family has been a loyal Club Robinson guest for almost 25 years, but we got treated like trash! Stay away!

Sensational, simply beautiful and only to be recommended.

I can not and do not want to make a neutral judgment - because I am a big fan of the Robinson concept and basically since 1982 Fuerte Jandia etc regularly several times a year (summer and winter). Over the years, the club and the guests have become more mature and accomplished and, above all, always better. The travel memories from now several decades are very complex, sometimes blown away and then again totally present. Pamfilya clearly plays for us in the top group! Very nice compact area with short distances. Children and so-called adults have enough space and also find quiet corners to linger. The staff are very friendly and friendly, no matter where in use. There are no unfulfilled wishes! Traditional "after-work beer round" of WASPO is welcome at 17.00 clock - quite suitable for the "beginner"! Very nice young troupe around the boss UGUR and his deputy APO.
Especially we would like to highlight the exemplary "cat project" - please keep it up! That's a special reason for us to come back!

This was my first and definitely not the last Robinson vacation. You will be welcomed with music and a cool drink, so that you immediately forget the stress of traveling while your suitcase is carried to your room. A stroller was made available to us free of charge for the duration of our stay. The family rooms are great cut and designed. Two separate bedrooms connected by a hallway / bathroom. I think the walk-in closets are also ingeniously solved.

The complex is very green and well maintained. The lights and signs could be optically renewed. I was particularly impressed by the extreme hygiene. It felt like I went to a freshly wiped toilet every time.

The service is perfect. All very friendly and fond of children. It is difficult for our children to part with their Robins. The activities for children are varied. They even make sure that the children eat vegetables at lunchtime. I would not have expected that at first.

The sports offer is great, something for everyone. Different camps bring something special. In the two weeks we were there there were different camps (football, tennis, handball, wrestling, iron fitness). At the pools and on the beach there were plenty of loungers, but the bad habit of reserving loungers is stubbornly in the German genes.

The wellness area is not operated by Robinson and is not included in my rating. Here, too, you are friendly and the hammam application is highly recommended, but the area is rather dirty and not inviting. The Tui tour guide should probably get the hammam cheaper, but we were told that these "vouchers" would no longer be accepted, as the Tui tour guide also brokered external wellness providers despite exclusive mediation.

The food in the club is so varied that we always found something delicious. We liked the WellFit offers, especially the shakes, even if some of them could have been pureed a little more thoroughly. The occasional surprises on the beach or pool with ice cream and cold shakes were also great. In particular, the dinner was varied thanks to various events where the meal took place, for example, in the restaurant on the festival meadow. The children especially liked the wonderland where different bouncy castles were set up and there was popcorn. Personally, I liked the White Night aka Rob Carpet, when the children's pool turns into a disco.

The shows are also very varied. Classic musicals (Mamma Mia and Wickey), children's shows, comedy, improv and dance acts were all of a high level (for amateurs) and were one of the highlights of our children (3 and 5 years old). I would like microphones for the actors, as they are rather difficult to understand even when the audience is quiet, as the evening sound from the neighboring club disturbs.

All in all a perfect vacation. Thank you, Robinson spoiled me for life, now you don't want to go anywhere else.

It was a wonderful break for all of us - with all the trimmings. Great program, food, facility, beach, jetty, pool, sports facilities, staff. Everything fine! The most beautiful was the one-time child care. There is really no such thing anywhere! Thanks to the whole team! You are really great! We look forward to 2017 ...

For EVERY taste, whether big or small, there is great program, food is heavenly, like the complete u very clean area and last but not least, the motto is 'you come as a guest u go as a friend'! This time for the 2nd and certainly not last time here ..

Grandiose facility! Perfect for the whole family. Always friendly staff (special praise to Ramazan the breakfast waiter). Top food and varied program. Very well equipped water sports station! We were there for the second time in May and will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation days spent with the family. The club is only recommended. Would take too long to describe the details. You feel like you are being cared for with enthusiasm by everyone involved, gladly again.

We have stayed in many hotels in Antalya. I think that this hotel is the best one; especially in terms of value for money. Our 6 years old son loves the pools. Food and service is good. Family hotel where parents can also relax.

I don't recommend a mediocre place away from the sea.

Perfect family hotel - parents as well as children can spend a wonderful time here.

The Robinson Club Pamfilya is definitely the best family hotel within the Robinson group. The location of the hotel complex is very good - the transfer time from the airport is about 1 hour.
The rooms are all modernly furnished, all have a balcony and air conditioning.
The service is very important here - the housekeeping is perfect. The entire hotel area is extremely clean. If a guest accidentally spills something, an employee is here immediately to help.
The gastronomy is very good. The selection of dishes offers something for everyone.
The leisure program is very varied. There is something for the children every day in different age groups. Adults also have a huge choice of leisure activities.

Great club with incredibly dedicated and lovable people. Thanks to Lea, Anne, Eileen, Thorben, Leon, Yasin and so many others for a wonderful holiday 2019.

It was the perfect vacation for the little one and me.
We were both able to relax a lot.

Eating like in the station restaurant. Quality of the food not too special. Everything was too loud and hectic for me. In addition, we were stolen from the restaurant table in the evening 2 sunglasses. Since we were the last in the restaurant, it can only have been done by the staff. The director "Kludi" then actually wanted to take care of it, has also written down my mail address. There was never any feedback. Too bad. I would not book Robinson anymore.

..While I'm drinking a delicious sip of coffee from my beautiful, new Pamfiyla mug here in dreary Hamburg, there is a short time for a little feedback!
On the mug I read "My second home!" Many of the friendly and motivated employees from last year are still there and make the slogan so alive!

The slogan starts as soon as you arrive: Deniz and Ebru, it's nice that you're still here!
Sportstainment with Richy, Franz and Coscu is always a great pleasure!
The guys from Waspo also do an excellent job - greetings to Apo and Musti at this point. The bartenders were all in a good mood, had a good overview and always had a funny saying on their lips.
The food was as always: INCREDIBLY GOOD!

As it burns on my lips, here is a small statement about the guests who have probably only leafed through the catalog before: I personally don't understand why you go to THE Robinson family club and then wonder about the children present. Pamfilya is a great family club and a dream for every child.

However, the club also offers a sufficient program for singles or young couples.
I (childless, 27) once again had a wonderful two weeks and I'm already itching to book a flight for the next year. Those who find out in advance and know what they are getting themselves into will not be disappointed.

I like to be here, the right Robinson feeling comes on ... great for the kids, nice grounds, great staff, tons of offers, sea, beach, pool, delicious food ...

The quiet sea is good for those who want to listen to the calm sea and the beach is spectacular. The water sports and team are great

After several vacations in other Robinson Clubs, we were there for the second year in a row. Just always very nice to spend the best time of the year with the family there.

The food and drinks are of a very good quality and the service is great. The Food & Beverage team, led by Fabian, does an excellent job.

Great praise also goes to the girls from the Roby Club. Simply great, what is offered to the kids there and how much everyone there is involved.

Tip: If you want to relax creatively - even as an adult, you can recommend the studio under the direction of Ira!

We could list a lot more positive points here, but to put it briefly:

The selection for breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner ... for vegans is unfortunately very poor. Far too few possibilities & always the same. Too many dishes are made with egg, milk, fish and meat. We also look for wheat-free food in vain. Very difficult when traveling with a toddler with wheat intolerance. I had hoped for more opportunities with ROBINSON.

I would love to travel to Pamfilya with my family again. It depends, however, on whether the selection is adapted in the restaurants and vegans and special diets a tasty holiday brings.

its awsome hotel especially water sport cat sailling course was perfect. They gave me the international licence.

Club is good, in a few places you can see the age of the club.
The child care is second to none. Definitely the highlight of the club.
Food was good so far, it always tasted best where the chef himself cooked. The family rooms are sufficient and functional, but the stairs in the apartment blocks are dangerous! All in all it was a nice vacation only the price of almost 5500 for 10 days outside of the vacation was not justified.

I can tell her one thing: Brutal plant super friendly service Hammer organization. Insanely show.
The food is a chapter in itself.

The briefing on arrival had taken just 5 minutes. No explanation of the system, no flyer with information where what is, or how something works ... everything only on your own request.

I can't understand the positive reviews with the food and service here. For dinner you have to constantly fight for a table. Plates are not cleared as quickly as in other hotels we know, because there is simply a lack of staff. There is constant scramble for food. At lunchtime there is sometimes so much jostling that we haven't gone there. Every morning we had thoughts about how we would survive dinner. The food itself is okay, but don't have a chance with the family ..... there is always about 7 minutes missing to get food.

The rooms are okay, as well as the staff. Cleanliness is so-so ... we are used to better things.

The selection of activities is typically Robinson Club very good.

On the whole, there are much better hotels like this for a lot less money. We won't be vacationing here anymore.

For Robinson, the food is mediocre. Hot plates, vegetables burnt or almost raw. Meat totally dry. I'm used to Robinson differently.
The grounds are beautiful, rooms are renovated and functional, and here also a lot to change.
Club boss has been very inconspicuous.

If I had booked a hotel for 1000 , I would probably be satisfied, but for the price !!! I prefer to go to the other clubs in Turkey

Think the best club to spend a great holiday with babies / toddlers. Will not join one of my previous speakers in terms of station canteen, the one point deduction I still give for the food. Accustomed perfect breakfast for a Bircher muesli fan like me. The quality of the lunch and evening buffet could only convince me twice in the whole week. That works better, please strive & until the next time

The Best hotel we have ever stayed. Incredibly clean, comfortable, very healthy and extremely delicous meals.

We were able to enjoy two wonderful weeks of vacation in Pamfilya. We have each other - as always! - recovered very, very well with you. The food is first class, housekeeping at the highest level, the entire service staff extremely courteous, friendly and polite! All around you have all provided for our pleasant relaxation with your excellent work. Every year we look forward to the great shows, which entertain you really well and perfectly thanks to your creative acting performance.

In the Roby Club, the smallest guests are always lovingly looked after. The very varied games and adventure offers make every day a special experience. What was great for us this year was the extraordinarily good cohesion of the employees in all departments. After a particularly violent thunderstorm, which led to severe devastation in the entire club, all areas were prepared perfectly in an incredibly short time. Hats off to this extremely great achievement!

Robinson club pamfilya is my holiday place when I came here I was 5 years old. I have been coming here for 25 years. Esspecially, water sports is my favorite place. Thanks for all robinson club staff.

Very nice family vacation. The only drawback for us was the not always clean doorways and twice cockroaches in the room. But the service, the food the child care and the audience was sensational! We will be back!
