Recruitment process here is terribly unprofessional. If you go through other reviews, you will find everyone talks about HR being inefficient and incompetent. I found that to be the exact issue with them.
After 3 rounds of interview including client round, they informed me that I have been selected and asked for joining date. As I did not receive the offer letter, I could not commit on that. Then they sent the verification forms (quite large forms) which I filled up and sent back.
After that no communication. I followed up repeatedly (it had been two weeks already by then) and after few mails HR informed that the position has been filled internally.

After going through this whole process, I came to understand why this company is rated so low in renowned sites like GlassDoor or Google or in Indeed reviews. Although I was not sure whether I should go ahead with this company or not, I am happy that I ultimately did not have to join them. They are below average.
