This is a worst company I have ever seen, I had given some employees on H1b and paid h1b exp but she did not pay single dollar to me. She is hiring employees on H1b with out any project and filing the petition with fraud documents. Also she is demanding money for GC processing. Friends don't go with this company on H1b as this is very unprofessional company.

Ravi, sending email with different names, how could you say this is a good company. You paid money to process the payroll without any project. This is very unprofessional company. She did not pay regularly to one employee Gopi Krishna. He made a complaint to DOL, then she paid to him. So I can say this is a worst company.Also this lady is getting contracts by sleeping with the managers since 20 years. She had an affair with her ex partner Mr. seenappa. My strong suggestion is not to buy the company because there were no contracts as she is old and and unable to spend nights with clients so she is unable to get the contracts. It is not worth buying company. She is facing an audit from IRS that she sent some 400K to India with out paying any taxes in USA. She opened an account in ICICI bank to collect the money for H1b and bringing that money in otherways. So Buyers are requested not to buy the company because the company will get an audit from USCIS for filing H1b with out any projects and doing the same since 20 years.

Women owned, Minority company ;-) This crazy old lady know very well how to break rules and cheat the people. How it is US law encouraging this type of business. don't trust this company or people here.. care full
