Yep horrible. I was never given a door key to the fitness center and now the management company is telling me to get a key to an amenity I am paying for in my condo dues will cost me $25. And, this is by check only and I have to come in person to pick it up. So what exactly are they doing to earn $25? This is not a replacement it is a key I was never given when I purchased my home. Unbelievable.
Quite literally a joke in regards to property management. They accost you with multiple letters detailing what they consider to be your responsibility but when you come to them with a request or actual concern it only seems to catch their attention when there's money to be had. Avoid homes and condos that have anything to do with these jokers.
Many horrible experiences with Conway. A property manager, if you wanna call her that. Just told me that I can't put carpet into my own truck to take to the dump. Then told me to "bleep" off after she saw I was getting her plate number! This is the least of the issues I have had but most recent.
I really didn't want to give one star, it would be a minus, just spoke to this guy Doug about the letter that came out yesterday, half way thru our conversation he starts YELLING at me. I just couldn't believe the way he was talking to me, asked if he has a boss n said that no one was above him
A very horrible company, falsified closing documents on my house saying the house was in compliance then 2 days after closing sent a threatening letter to change the landscape due to not being in compliance, changes the due date of fees so they can charge late fees.
Overcharge and make it impossible to deal with them.

Terrible customer service is the nicest thing I can say about this company. After 5 emails to the property manager I called the office to complain. I was left on hold for 6 minutes and then transferred to Carol. She started the conversation with a major attitude. When I pointed this out to her, it quickly escalated into a very negative conversation where she told me she was going to hang up on me. When I asked to speak with her boss she told me - good luck, he is my husband so if you want anything else you can write a letter.
Yeah Carol - way to avoid getting problems solved for the property owners who pay your salary! You are definitely in the wrong job and need to learn how to conduct yourself in a professional manner without a bad attitude. You get an A+ in deflecting problems and arguing!
No technology and they mark up there contracting invoices with kick backs. Doug and Susan Ford Grizinski could not even keep there stories straight about the contract work they overcharged us for and the contractor told us they were required to overcharge in order to pay Conway a kickback.
I have called this office multiple times and left messages with mike who has not returned my calls. I wish they provided another person to take and return his phones or it would be nice to have an alternative person to assist. The staff who answer the phones are plesant and helpful.
Really terrible company! They probably shouldn't be in business. I have had multiple bad experiences with this company sending me bills for having the maintenance crew come out when I did not call them. They also sent me a bill for damages to a neighbors ceiling that had nothing to do with my unit. Each time I received these letters asking me to write them a check I would call and talk to management and they would reassure me that they would correct the situation. Then a month later they would send me another letter asking me to pay for issues I had been told were resolved. Just overall very unprofessional and the company does not take ownership of anything.
Horrible company!!! I bought my house two years ago. I have also been living next to a vacant house for the last two years. The house was over grown weeds everywhere. Conway had the nerve to send me a letter that stated that I need to cut the grass around my shed that was on the woods line. By that didn't do anything about the house next door from me. They don't clean up the leaves that are clogging the storm drains. Oh and i just got another letter stating that my HOA fees are going up five dollar for snow removal. I understand thats its only five dollars, but they didn't even clear out my neighborhood last year plus we only had one bad snow storm last year. And you know how i know they didn't clear out any snow? Because my neighbors and I did it. Conway over charges and they do nothing!!!!

If you own your place, Conway will treat you like a tenant.They came in my place without me answering my door! They never get back to you in a reasonable time weeks or longer! Don t buy if they are your management company! Poor service
Please check with your HOA before buying or renting a property, if this company is involved I highly advise to look elsewhere. They do not seem at all interested in protecting communities, but abusing power and causing problems for people who upkeep their property. BEWARE!
Beware.. this company will manipulateyou for their own benefit... they will turn a slow drop from a faucet, that produced no damage, into an "emergency" that will cost you $355.... a very unprofessional company that drags their feet when things arr supposed to be done, but will invent emergencies to supplement their incomes.... beware
They are the current property mgt company for Taylor Ridge Condo Association. Irresponsible and unprofessional company that consistently fails to provide timely and quality service. Insurance claim repairs are mishandled and instead of outsourcing repairs they leave you displaced for months at a time (and they could not care any less).
Like stated in other reviews, they drag their feet, don t return calls, overcharge, limit your right to have work performed by skilled contractors, lack courtesy and respect, deflect their mismanagement, etc.
It s unclear how they haven t been hit with a major lawsuit.
Even so. I d say the association boards are more to blame by continuing to contract such a subpar and inadequate service provider. Very odd.

Called many times and have left several messages for Mike who is the property manager for my community. He never returns calls and if you can get him on the phone there is nothing but excuses of why things are not fixed or why he never called back. Conway Management is a complete joke.
Our community's board made the switch to Conway several months ago and have been extremely happy ever since. Conway's staff has went above and beyond, paid attention to details and has really impressed our board by demonstrating a hands-on and proactive approach to managing our community.
Most reviews of management companies will come from disgruntled homeowners who had bad experiences with a violation. The real testament to a management company's performance is the opinion of the boards of directors for the HOA's which are their clients. Ours has been thoroughly impressed with Conway and would highly recommend them to any other community searching for a reasonably priced management company that will do a great job!
In the year 2018, this company charges a 6% processing fee for card transactions. They require you to mail in cash or check. Again, this is how a company operates in 2018. Words don t even express how baffling and frustrating this is. I know they do OH SO MUCH with our $200/month HoA fees that they cannot cut into that to accommodate their customers by paying the credit card processing fee(which certainly isn t 6%, and if it is, they can get a MUCH better rate elsewhere). Needless to say I am not shocked by the 1 star review.

Terrible , overgrown trees need pruning. Rats live in bushes , grass need treatment weed city! Mike do not return calls, call the media i feel , bust them out. Go viral, use your power. I say.
