Ravi, sending email with different names, how could you say this is a good company. You paid money to process the payroll without any project. This is very unprofessional company. She did not pay regularly to one employee Gopi Krishna. He made a complaint to DOL, then she paid to him. So I can say this is a worst company.Also this lady is getting contracts by sleeping with the managers since 20 years. She had an affair with her ex partner Mr. seenappa. My strong suggestion is not to buy the company because there were no contracts as she is old and and unable to spend nights with clients so she is unable to get the contracts. It is not worth buying company. She is facing an audit from IRS that she sent some 400K to India with out paying any taxes in USA. She opened an account in ICICI bank to collect the money for H1b and bringing that money in otherways. So Buyers are requested not to buy the company because the company will get an audit from USCIS for filing H1b with out any projects and doing the same since 20 years.
