Very slow ..Waited to days for prescription.. When arrived prescription wasn't still ready. Waited for over 4hrs for my daughters prescription.
I REALLY wish there was another pharmacy near me I called to see if my prescription was ready stayed on hold for 22 mins still on hold as I arrived no cars in drive through 3 cars in the parking lot & 1 of them was at the RED BOX getting a movie ... I mean DAM & they didn't even have my medicine!
Hate to leave a bad review, but worst CVS Pharmacy ever. Tons of people working, and no one but the teller is helpful.

this is ridiculous. I was told I had 2 medications being filled so I waited in the drive thru for an hour to be told they were both out of stock. I feel like the (woman) did this intentionally. she shrugged her shoulders and smirked.
Purchased a heating pad and it stop working after six weeks. Cvs stated over the phone that I had to have a receipt to return the item. Really! What s the purpose of asking the customer for their phone number during check out.

This pharmacy is the worst in the state !!! Customer service poor!! The line make you feel like your at the DMV, and don't call because you will feel like your on hold by the IRS. Overall horrible they don't need any stars
I ask the cashier about oscillating fans, and said the ones that turn. She put me on hold, came and told me...." we don't have the "box ones" but we have the ones that turn. WOW!
It's the only 24hr pharmacy in operation at this moment and thank goodness for the friendly staff at 4-6 am.
Like many other reviewers, my experience with this location has been terrible. It takes several hours at BEST to have a prescription filled, most of the time it's days. The CVS app information never matches what I'm told at the pharmacy and getting someone on the phone is a challenge. Last time I called I was on hold for 40 minutes, then when someone answered they gave me inaccurate information and attempted to put me back on hold and we were "accidentally" disconnected. I totally understand the frustrations of being short-handed, but something needs to change here.

The pharmacy never answers the phone! Even before the pandemic started they were this way. Horrible. They need more staff or something. I have waited over 30 minutes for them to answer but they never do. Awful.
The Absloute Worst i have been on hold they keep pressing the button for me to coninue to hold without checking to see what is need. After 16.mins on hold the first time they pick up and then hang up.. I call back again same thing Awful customer service.
This CVS is horrible and very unprofessional. They will have you on hold for 35 minutes or longer and still no one came to the phone. The drive through window has been out for months. I have been to sick to stand in line. Walgreens here I come
I have great affection for the pharmacy staff. They work very hard with limited resources. CVS s administration has evidently made the decision to have limited staff and medicines available for their customers at a 24 hour/ drive through pharmacy which is very busy. I have been in the pharmacy when there is one pharmacist with no tech help and the phone going unanswered as the pharmacist is trying to catch up on unfilled prescriptions.
We have about one dozen prescriptions to fill each month, most for a chronic disease. I am taking my one dozen prescriptions to another pharmacy where we can receive the complete prescriptions ( not partial refills) filled in a timely manner.
The pharmacy staff and customers deserve better than than this.
What is going on the reason the drive thru no longer offers service to customers? Handwritten note tells customers to come inside. This location has been declining for years. Now the overflow is affecting Walgreen s service.

Resien I went to this place and the cashier nm wanted to authorize my purchase that is announced that is nothing more and nothing less than rasismo or that I would steal simo service !!
Phone keeps hanging up as soon as its answered. Not a good thing since I have a question about adverse effects of a prescription CVS had filled the other day.
Pharmacy is horrible even at 5:00 in the morning they did not answer for 20 minutes, just played music while I waited for them to answer the phone....22 minutes to be exact, horrible, horrible service. Will never use them again!!! They do not deserve 1 star...again terrible pharmacy!!!!!!
The pharmacist was great but the other staff were rude. The cashier, Michael, tore off the end of my receipt and took my coupons. When I asked could I have my coupons, he shook his head no.

I ve been a loyal customer for a number of years. Lately, I ve had to wait several days to get a prescription filled from my doctor s office. Whenever I inquire as to why it s not ready I m told that they haven t received the request. After checking with the doctor I find that they lied. I m transferring my prescriptions.

I ve been trying to get my daughter s asthma prescription filled for two days. I m still on hold starting to at 430pm, an hour later and I m still on hold. I asked if I could have it transferred and I m still on hold again. Thank God for a car, because now I m pissed, beyond return!
This CVS needs to get its sh1t together. I've never experienced such terrible service. Every time you call you are on hold for 40 minutes. If you go in person, you stand in line for an hour then they tell you it will be several hours until your script is filled. Drive through times are absolutely horrible. Whoever manages this store seriously needs to add staff to the pharmacy because the wait times are not acceptable. Do yourself a favor and never go to this location.
The Pharmacy here is the worst.I was the only person in line at the register and waited 10 minutes before anyone helped me.Five people working back there.One on drive thru,one in consultation,two pharmacists and one putting up inventory.Why is she putting up inventory when there are customers in line.Piss poor

Had to intercede with insurance company to correct billing.
