Everyone s untitled to there own feelings and opinions, but for me they gave me a chance when other companies would not. There so many different learning levels to advance within and quickly. Within a few months I went from a person with limited skills to a team lead teaching others. To the people wh leave the horrible comments you should be thankful too cause you can t even spell correctly. And I bet you didn t think it was ghetto until u got fired... if you really liked it and we re just mad they ll rehire you but ONLY if u keep it real...

I just started here in November but I love it. I love the ability to work from my house. The hours on the line I am on is great. Training was a little hectic because of being virtual and technical issues. But it has been great. The pay is not bad at all. I did have an issue getting my first week pay but they corrected it. All jobs will have it's ups and downs. Just log in and do what you're supposed to and all will be fine.

I ve had many jobs like this but this is by far the worst. Management is unhelpful and distant when you need them. There is no way to contact higher ups when necessary and the level of plain disrespect is just uncalled for. I m still waiting on my bonus check that the claimed I m eligible for but no one wants to get back to me about how I m going to get it

This place is awful! Had my interview with 2 recruiters, was told I would get an email if I were to move forward. No response from ANYONE to answer my questions. Just got another email for the position I applied for but still can't get an email response from yet another recruiter. Very unprofessional!

Are there going to be tough days? Absolutely. We are all about the Customer Experience and every now and then there's that 1 caller. But that is why we look for individuals that are up for a challenge and can empathize with callers and turn things around for the better. The majority that have commented regarding pay issues, has been due to the lack of following protocol which assists our payroll team with confirming the hours worked. We give you an opportunity like any employer and what you do with it will determine your outcome. If you want an opportunity to shine and work with people that truly strive to better you for your next growth opportunity or even to better you so you can show your true potential within what you currently do, then S&P Data Digital is it! Fast paced environment, when in doubt, ask and you will learn! :)

Phone center that spam calls the world. Screw this company and everyone associated with them

They keep robo-calling my phone number asking to "list me on google". I block the number they call from, and they call from a different number. I finally press '1' to talk to an agent to get them to stop, and when I say I am not a business, they immediately hang up without even acknowledging my request to be taken off the list. What a terrible company.

I want to start off by saying that this has been a great and fun company to work for! The management staff from the top down have been great to me and you all run a great business model. I have nothing bad to say about S&P in my great experience working here the last couple of months. Thanks S&P for helping me further my career in life in just the 5-6 months I have been employed here. From awards, to prizes, and daily incentives my time here has been great.

Very unprofessional. Very ghetto, unorganized. Lots of changes with no explanation something new everyday. You don t know what you can and cannot do because of the constant changes on the daily. No real growth or opportunity. Don t work here unless it s your ONLY option!!

I worked on the phones as a sales rep for 2 years and made a lot of money with this company. I have moved up in the company and just want to leave my comment after reading some of these poor reviews. It is a call center so people with experience and those who are motivated to come to work daily and make great money have great experiences at this job. It s not for everybody but if you are like me and money motivates as well as the possibility to move up in the business it s a wonderful place to work. The staff is great and as long as I have worked here the pay has only been late 2 times and was corrected immediately. I have been here 3 years.
