Thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff for their service. It's really appreciated.
However, couple words to management:
With $185,000,000 granted from government in last fiscal year, with number of staff around 2,000 people with salaries expense spent $145,000,000 in last fiscal year, gosh, how can it be acceptable to have wait time in emergency room for 5+ hours?!
Ten dollars for one hour parking! Complete ripoff, why not take the shirt off my back while your at it. Losers
Had to go there due to I cut my finger really bad and thought I needed stitches, and sure enough I did went in Friday September 24/ haven't been there for many years, and went though first part to register as see why I was there they were friendly and looked after me & nurse rebadged my hand & escorted us to area to be looked at. Nurses and Dr looked at it and he had a great bed side matter considering that he and the nurses were busy as I watched people put though has quickly as possible...
You people are life savers. Thanks for giving me another shot at mine!
I ve literally never felt so welcomed and comfortable at an emergency room. The girls at the front door, triage nurse, doctor I saw were all amazing. Friendly, caring, inquisitive, logical, and happy to be there.
I will never use a different hospital in the KW area. Thank you.
They silence all their nurses and doctors from speaking up.
Censorship = Disgraceful
Brought my wife here today through ambulance and she s pregnant. Shout out to the doctors and younger nurses who where respectful and showed that they cared. But some of these old timers that are so called nurses have to be re trained and should be taught to respect patients. Shame on this hospital for allowing these type of individuals to care for those who need it. The triage nurse made two people in wheelchairs walk to the place they were going to and the audacity by her part, Well you came here without a wheelchair right? So you can walk stop trying to sound smart bu saying that! Wheelchairs are hospitals for reasons right l? SMH with what I saw today
I was brought in in an ambulance after a fainting spell and I was treated like a king. The doctors and nurses were all amazing. A special thank you to Nurse Practitioner Daniel, Nurse Practitioner Cressman (I felt like talking to her forever) what a sweetheart! Thanks for the crackers and cheese . Dr Ali was super amazing and kind. Thank you all for the work that you do saving lives. You all made me want to become a health worker. Couldn t thank you enough.
I never really write reviews but for this one i had to. The nurses are very inexperienced, very bad services, very slow process, have to wait too long to see a doctor. Made the patient sit for almost 12 hours. So not satisfied. Overall wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this hospital. had to give one star cause there is cause that the least one otherwise i wouldn't even give it one star
I usually won't leave a review because generally speaking I'm not a fan of any hospital. My husband was admitted this weekend for a couple of days and although it was an emergency issue we still had to wait a very long time to see a doctor, get blood work and x-ray done(guess this is the price you pay for "free health care")......The reason I'm leaving this review is because I want to thank the two amazing nurses on the 7th floor Kyle(night) and Ben(morning) and also Doctor Dyck......you guys are beyond awesome, thank you for being so professional and looking out for my husband while he was in the hospital, thank you for not getting tired of answering all our numerous questions. You guys are truly the BEST and you deserve a 5star.....The 3 star rating is for how poorly managed the building looks,once you go pass the 1st floor the rest of the place looks like it needs a lot of renovation done.
