I assure you (regardless of the low reviews you see), there is amazing growth opportunity with the company, high energy individuals, the company will work on your skill set(s), great compensation and incentives, and fun FUN FUN! Are there going to be tough days? Absolutely. We are all about the Customer Experience and every now and then there's that 1 caller. But that is why we look for individuals that are up for a challenge and can empathize with callers and turn things around for the better. The majority that have commented regarding pay issues, has been due to the lack of following protocol which assists our payroll team with confirming the hours worked.
