My wife and I went engagement and wedding ring shopping to quite a few stores but SE Needhams was by far the best in both service and meeting our needs. I will definitely be going back to SE Needhams!

We bought a wedding set in 1995 and 20 years later it was crushed (long story) so we took the crushed ring in and Needhams gave us a credit towards a new set. Their customer service is amazing!

I don't live in Cache County and had shopped around locally for what I wanted but couldn't find it. Needham's had EXACTLY what I want and I LOVE IT!! Worth the travel time and I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Great selections and once its located, all needed action are processed for fit and view. Excellent Services and Polightness.

The support was amazing at Needham's. I felt like those that helped me really wanted to help me get the ring that I wanted. It was quick to make and even faster to resize the ring when I got the size wrong.

I shopped around for an engagement ring, from Provo, UT to Logan, UT. S.E. Needham Jewelers was by far the best store to purchase a ring. Josh Bateman was my sales rep and he did an amazing job. He got my ring done in two days, when it normally took a few weeks. I purchased the ring on Wednesday and proposed on Friday. The ring was ready for the proposal, which to me was above and beyond service.

I love the warranty that comes with the ring, it is by far one of the reasons I chose S.E. Needham. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking to propose, or even treat their significant other to a gift. They are amazing and worth the long drive from Provo to Logan. 5/5 in my book!

Very good customer service even though I bought a ring somewhere else

I had a great experience here. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with me and with my price range. There are so many different options here, and I feel like I got a great deal on a great ring. I highly recommend them!

Very nice and educated in what they are doing. We'll staffed, great benefits when you buy a setting and diamond from them! Wonderful place to go! Very low pressure, they listen to what you want. Mitchell was a lot of help in on getting the ring done in a timely manner! Amazing diamond options! Slow in response to text messages, I would have preferred to have them call me, but it worked out.

I recently purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from S.E. Needhams. GREAT CHOICE. Throughout the whole process Brandon worked very closely with us. He was extremely respectful, professional, and willing to give his advice. He wasn't there to upsell us on ANYTHING. He simply made sure that we wouldn't regret a thing. A great experience buying a ring, no pressure, and very friendly.
When we got the rings, somehow my fiance's finger was smaller than we had planned. Not an issue at Needhams. Even with my crazy schedule, they were able to pull off a quick adjustment even though the goldsmith was booked.
Would I go back? In a heartbeat.
Why? Because they are good at what they do, and they have feelings and emotions (They aren't in it to scam you. They wan't you to be a lifelong customer, even though I will probably never have to go back!)

Fantastic customer service! They really care about helping you find the best ring for you. We went to a couple other places and ended up going back to Needham's because of how well they took care of us as customers. Would definitely recommend. Travis was awesome!

The service is not that good. I took a wedding ring that had a small stone that had come out of the setting. My son was leaving for Mexico to get married in 3 days so I needed it repaired quickly. S.E. Needham quoted $55 to have it put back in place and it would take 3-5 business days. After explaining that he was leaving in 3 days, all they had to say was sorry and good luck. I happened to be passing Jerrick's on my way home and decided to give them a try as well. They said oh no problem let me just pop that back in for you, which they did. It took them about 10 minutes and get this they said there was no charge. SE Needham $55 and 3-5 days - Jerrick's delivered free of charge in minutes.
I should mention that my son had a bad experience having a watch battery replaced in the which Needhams scratched the back of his watch. Im not sure about sales department but service department was a big disappointment.

My fiance and I bought both our rings from S E Needham and have been working with the repair department in particular quite often since. Chris has always been very warm and accommodating with all of our shopping, repairs, and inspections. I have never had a bad experience there in the many months of shopping there.

They have resized my fiance's ring twice, fixed a broken band, and cleaned it thrice without any complaint or charge to us. Their service was so good, we came and bought my men's band from them because we knew we would be taken care of in the long run. Even when the band broke, I knew it was just a mistake and they did everything to correct and repair it.

Heck, even for my wedding today I was missing my cufflinks. The store is letting me borrow a pair for the day! What a life-saver! Thank you!

They were very friendly and professional, but it was very hard to get a price out of them. We were fairly new to rings and they walked us through the different things we need to know which was very helpful. They spent a lot of time teaching us, but didn t get a lot of what we wanted out. We ended up going with a different jeweler who could give us a price and it didn t take as long to discuss the things that were important to us.

Family owned. Great staff. Ask them anything about diamonds and they have the answer.

My husband had a design in mind for three rings and Needham's made them beautiful! I have loved my rings that he had made there!!

Taylor was our salesman he asked what we were interested in as far as setting, style and diamond size. He showed us a couple of designs along with shape and size of diamond. We love the ring and will be returning again. Thank you for your courtesy and ideas.

Krista and everyone else we dealt with were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They never pressured us any of the times we came in. I got a great deal with S.E. Needham, but I would have paid more just for the service and the warranties they offer.

I worked with a few of the staff here over the course of a couple months, just browsing around at first. Though they recommended different things and asked questions, that's kind of what they're supposed to do, it was never pushy, it was great! When I finally got serious about making a purchase they were patient even though I went back and forth in my head, and in the store, before finally making up my mind. They were really great about making sure the ring I chose would fit, and explaining to me all about the cleanings and everything else associated with making a bigger purchase like that. If in doubt, the answer is YES!!

Taylor was excellent. My fiance and I were pretty picky, and ended up getting a custom ring and band from Needhams. Throughout the whole process, we never felt rushed or like Taylor was trying to push anything on us we didn't want.
Definitely would recommend. We couldn't be happier with our purchase amd experience!

All I can say is, talk to Chad! The guy knows his stuff, is incredibly easy to work with, LOW PRESSURE situation. Couldn't be happier with my multiple purchases from him. Fast service, I've had great luck with repairs there. My daughter tried to get her wedding ring done there and it was a mess. They had repaired a ring for us so she just used it.

We had my husband's ring sized recently by Needham's. They were great to work with. They gave us a few different options for sizing and pricing. The ring had to be cut off his finger, and they were careful not to damage it any more than absolutely necessary. Once we were able to measure his finger, the actual ring sizing was done fairly quickly. We had a great experience and would recommend them to everyone!

Bought an engagement ring 6 years ago. It was a pleasant experience and the staff was very helpful. The free cleanings are nice to use as well. Now that we have kids, they love going in for the chocolate fountain and snacks (although it's awfully stressful having toddlers in that store!). We're also very happy with the ring itself. They did a beautiful job with it!

Bought my wife's engagement ring here - the staff are trained to be helpful and patient, and they performed very well. We found a great ring in the budget, she has loved it since, and financing was easy. We went back for a wedding band and resizing a few times, and each time they were helpful and did well. We got my first band elsewhere on the cheap and regretted it quickly - we came back and got a very nice ring we could appreciate. We get our cleanings done regularly and the accommodations are always great. I would recommend to anyone for an overall very positive experience.

He helped us put together the ring that she wanted and it was within the budget that we had discussed. Overall we had a really good experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help.

My husband and I had our bands made custom by Joseph and or experience was as magical as our rings were flawless! It was amazing to have something that we know was made together from the same bar of metal. I definitely suggest to look at something unique than their inventory.

I have returned here consistently over the past many years and plan to do so for many more years to come.

I bought a gold band for my wife. The employee's we're patient when it took me a while to figure out her finger size. The staff was also very amicable. But I would have appreciated more honesty with regards to pricing. I was told that there "wouldn't be a significant difference" in the price between yellow gold and rose gold. Which wasn't true at all, the difference was 150+ dollars. A lot for a poor college student.

I just recently bought a Grandfather clock from Needham's. The entire experience was fantastic, from picking the clock I wanted to delivery and set up in my home was smooth hassle free and professionally done. I HIGHLY recommend S.E. Needhams to everyone.

I don't buy jewelry all the time, just the once for my wife's engagement ring. But I can't imagine an experience that would be better than Needham's. The only thing I would have worried about was over-inflated prices, because alot of us have heard how the jewelry industry is SUPER over-inflated. They worked with me on price, so I didn't feel taken advantage of. Awesome store, Cool family.

The home of the friendliest and most hospitable jewelry store I have ever visited! My wife and I were visiting Logan for a football game and we had some time to kill we just walked in and we were met by a friendly employee who offered my wife a free ring cleaning and then gave us a tour of the entire store! It was fantastic! I know where I will get my future anniversary gifts from now on, even if it means driving two hours to get there!

We bought my engagement ring here and I have loved it! The ring is beautiful, and I've always been amazed by their service. They were very attentive, talked through options with me, and even sent a hand-written thank you note for my business.
