Went in and had an amazing experience. I went with my best friend and we found an engagement ring. The sales lady was amazing with her knowledge in rings and diamonds. We made suggestions and she did amazing at taking those into heart when helping us.
My husband and I got our wedding rings from here and had an amazing experience. The ring that I got was a custom order so it took about two weeks to get in but they notified me as soon as they got it. They were extremely helpful in helping me find my dream ring. I would definitely say go to S.E.Needhams for all of your jewelry needs! Several months later and I am still absolutely in love with my ring. Plus all of the bonuses you get in the wedding package on top of the ring purchase are a wonderful gift. I can't wait to have a little get away with my husband!
I replaced my wife's lost wedding ring. They were super courteous and helpful. We got a beautiful ring at a good price. They had it ready when they said they would. They had a great selection. It was a great experience.
I guess 500 dollars isn t enough to spend to get the customer service I needed.

I have been very unhappy with my ring purchase. When my husband and I were looking for rings about a year and half ago, I insisted on going to Needham's. I have bought a ring there in the past, and I loved my experience, and most of all the lifetime warranty. I talked my husband into going to Needham's even though he didn't want to. I found a ring that I loved, and so we wanted to purchase it. First off, their computers that day sucked, and it took forever. They gave us a few different finance options, and the one we decided to do was a new company they just went with. They said they'd get the application sent through and we'd probably get a bill within the next week or so. More then a month went by and we hadn't received a bill. So, my husband and I went into the store to see why we hadn't got one, and they ended up not going with that company that we had 'financed' through. So, if we weren't honest, we probably would have got the ring for free! Then, when I went in to get my 6 month inspection done, they told me I had the warranty and everything was great. The next couple of times I went into get my ring cleaned, they said that I don't have the warranty because it's not a real diamond in my ring and the only way I could get the lifetime warranty was if I bought a real diamond. Obviously there was a reason I didn't purchase the real diamond in the first place! I was very unhappy with this because that is the whole reason I went with Needham's and I was never told or was explained to that it only had a one year warranty when I decided to purchase the cz diamond. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Needham's nor will I ever recommend them.

My husband took me into Needham Jewelers to help him pick out my Valentine gift. There were so many beautiful things that it was hard to choose! The variety in this store is amazing, all kinds of jewelry, as well as beautiful home decor and accessories. The salesman treated us gr. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He even gave roses and chocolate with our purchase. It was a wonderful experience!

Our entire experience there has been splendid; from designing her perfect ring to giving us thew best diamond for the best price while doing everything possible to help you be an educated buyer. SE Needham has more than earned all of our future business, as well as being our recommendation to everyone else!
