Machinery in good condition, varied, and the attention of the staff in the room is good, but I have been coming for 4 months and the attention at reception seems bad in general, not very agile and with little motivation on the part of the staff. The directed classes I think would be better if they will work with reservation by ticket, to avoid overloading the rooms

A super complete gym, with nice staff and lots of exercise options, so being in shape is more enjoyable. The facilities are always very good and the teachers who teach the class are very friendly. I also love the system that they have with the drinks, because for very little you can fill your bottle of drinks with vitamins and flavors that are very good. Highly recommended

They have managed to disappoint all the former employees of S'aigua Blava.
They have turned a supposed problem of saturation of the parking at peak hours into an opportunity to check out at the expense of customers, charging excess time over a clearly insufficient minimum.
They have managed, as it happens in other Illes centers, that the number of damaged lockers in the locker rooms exceeds the available ones and that the maintenance, in general, is faulty.
I have changed my gym after many years in the S'aigua Blava.

Modern facilities, varied targeted classes, well classified and orderly areas. Well-equipped rooms with natural lighting through windows or glazed walls. Despite my score because I think there is a lack of fitness equipment, it is very limited and there is room to adapt to more machines. For the rest the Gym is very good and its facilities are modern.

My father has been going to this gym for more than 4 years, he has been a member since S aigua Blava was under another director, he is a person who goes to the gym regularly, known among his peers. He knows the monitors and anyone who asks about him only has nice things to say for his kindness and friendliness. He has never been disrespectful and is always friendly to people. But what happened to him last week was a shame:

What happened was that you can pay an annual fee and if you go on a trip you can stop it for a month paying about 15-20 euros. My parents went on a trip and warned that they would go on a trip (before leaving and at the office) so that they could stop the fee for two months. It is seen that his operating system or due to an administrative error did not stop the quota; causing him to lose two months. (Two months of VIP fee, normally worth 69 a month)

My father tried to explain to them that he warned before they went on a trip to have the fee stopped and that they please fix the problem, but the receptionist told him that this was not the case, that the fee had ended and that he was either paying again or not. I could get into the gym.

It is unfair to lose money in this way, that they take you as an old man and that people who have gone to the gym day and day are not valued.
But worst of all, they closed the door in his face, blocking the entrance.

Remember that we are talking about an adult, responsible person and that he has NEVER had any problem with his payments. You have the perfect payment record. He is a very responsible person and there is no need to treat him like a crazy liar.

S'aigua Blava has unduly charged my father two months of quota, has closed the doors to a 73-year-old man, and has taken away the desire to play sports (which is what kept him happy) for the bad treatment they have done to him.

As a retaliation, today when going to the gym my mother who has paid a locker until May 2018 has found the locker open and all her belongings in a garbage bag, they have told her that she can no longer use the locker and that the money it will be returned to you.

My mother has asked him to please put it in writing, but she has not wanted (now we return to the same problem as before ... her word against ours, there is no way to prove anything because the manager did not want to give us anything for written)

After all those years being partners, it is a shame what they are doing. It is clear that if someday you have a problem with S aigua Blava you will always have to lose.

Many people have paid for something that does not exist now and the honest thing would be to offer money back to customers who are not happy with the new situation.

Nothing further, instead they boast that all the centers have opened and that they have classes at all hours. However, those classes are a tenth of what there was before and I don't want to talk about the security that can be with the virus.

The conditions of the service that Illes provides are not the same now, obviously, as when the contract was signed and therefore they must refund the money to those affected.

It's a shame to see companies of a certain size trying to steal from their customers in such a gross way. They are missing their contract and the law, simple thieves.

Good place to have a drink while waiting for your children to finish their swimming class, it is spacious and well lit. It has a large window overlooking the children's pool. They serve you fairly quickly and are very friendly. The prices are quite cheap and it makes very good coffee.

I have to say that I am happy with all the change of cardio machines that have been done in recent days as it is noted that these are new quality.

The Illes group belongs to a network of quality gyms in Mallorca. It has an excellent center of Fitnnes Personalized classes .. Spa Restaurant Bar etc
It is a relaxing place. It stands out for the friendly customer service.

I sincerely think that it is an invasion of privacy and it is a very serious lack of respect, not to say that it is totally illegal under the laws of the agreement between the landlord and tenant.

A question to the general direction of the franchise, is it something that normally happens in all the gyms illes or only those that is under the command of Jana? specifically in S'aigua Blava
I am waiting for your answer and a possible written apology from Jana (if she thinks it appropriate) if it is not necessary, if she thinks that it is normal to mess things up with her clients without permission.

Yes 4 garbage balls. We do not know if all things are there since they have not proceeded to empty the belongings under the supervision of my mother, since we really thought that the address is under serious people who apparently do not.

This review also serves as a warning for other members who have rented ticket offices in S'aigua Blava and in general Gimnasios Illes.

The restaurant: it is quite good, it is affordable and it is very spacious. The food is fine, it is not a delicacy but the relation quality price is correct.

The gym: very complete, very large, at rush hour (18-20) you can continue exercising without getting to a standstill.

155 every 3 months includes: 2.5h of parking, access to the gym, pool and spa. It is completely worth it.

It also has ease to park on the street.

Conclusion: the best gym I've tried in Palma.
