Staff were friendly. Rooms are large and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and the property is conveniently located. The only issue was that air-conditioning in the room did not work on what were a couple of very warm days. The receptionists were apologetic and tried to assist by resetting the system and offering a change of room on the same floor but the problem persisted. Hopefully they can sort out the issue.
Very clean and comfy rooms, good food had an issue about changing rooms and was amicably resolved .
I had a great stay here. Very close to RPA Hospital and some quality cafes. I found the service very friendly and the room very spacious for a inner city Sydney hotel. The staff in the Rydges restaurant are super lovely. I highly recommend for a short or long stay.

We booked twin rooms for our family and the staff were more than happy to offer interconnected rooms with 4 queen beds. Rooms were clean, spacious and housekeeping superb. We also booked parking, even though a tight squeeze we were able to accommodate the space. Staff from check in to check out were awesome. I ve stayed here before and I will continue to come back.

ANDREW who took our reservation and organised a pretty messy requirement list, and also checked us out and stored our medication after checkout while we sight see
SOPHIA as she was the one who happy allowed us to store the medication while we sight see and for her friendly service when visiting reception on all evenings
The room itself was spacious, super clean, updated, and the TV was smart TV so we could whack on Netflix or catch up TV.
The parking is a bit tight but atleast there is secured parking
House keeping came daily but we turned her down as we did not require a clean
Great location to walk to the city and Darling Harbour as we did on 3 separate occasions, and of course Newtown and Broadway shopping which we did daily
Altogether 5/5 and will be staying again definitely
Rooms have been recently renovated, very good except for the inexplicable lack of any drawers, which makes unpacking a suitcase problematic. Bathroom excellent. Wifi is free but not very fast (using my mobile as a hotspot was a lot faster). The restaurant serves a good breakfast, but I d suggest somewhere else for the evening meal. Food is adequate but not great, slow (maybe not enough staff?), so it takes half an hour to get served even when the restaurant is half empty. Hotel 4 stars, evening restaurant 2 stars.

It was a great stay, very close to RPA hospital, my good friend was in hospital having a knee replacement, very clean rooms, large twin room, we arrived at 7.30am and was able to get into our room, my friend had to in hospital at 8.30am so was very much appreciated. If need to stay in that area again will choose Rydges at Camperdown.
