Stayed here for a while in Sydney for a friend's funeral. Elise made our stay the most comfortable it could have been. Her customer service was outstanding. We highly recommend staying here, not only for the price but for the best possible customer service. Anything we needed, she was there. Elise is an asset to the Mercure. We will be back soon on different terms. Well done!
Staff were amazing Elise the assistant manager went out of her way to assist. Rooms were very clean, restaurant in house. Food was beautiful and fresh. A definate great place to stay if your want ing a weekend of racing or any events at race course. Woolies across the road. Very convenient
Room was filthy, mold in shower, stains on carpet and curtains, dust and dirt everywhere. But the reception staff are wonderful and it's a good location. The staff made this place 3 stars if it wasn't for their great customer service and kindness I would have rated 1 star based on just the room itself

We've been here a few times and Elisa has been fantastic and looked after us. Her service is very efficient and genuine. You can tell she really gives 110% to her job. Thank you for your customer service at the front desk you have always been super helpful.
I have checked in on a long weekend after 3 hours i have called them for room service and after that, i had the worst experience in my lifetime. Lotta ( duty/night manager) told me we are not providing room service. They are not even offered water. She was the rudest person I ever met. She refusing every claim we are making and told us to leave the hotel. She was a racist person. I hope higher management do something about it. Because of this kind of staff, they are damaging their reputations. I will never visit this hotel again as long as she was there. They ruined my whole weekend and money.
Please find other hotels.
I have stayed at Parramatta Mercure on several occasions and have not been disappointed. Staff were very friendly, especially in bar and restaurant. Room comfortable especially on 7th floor. The only issue was the slowness of the meals both in restaurant and room service. Apart from that I look forward to going back. Great place for a business trip / stay.
We paid $105 for a double room the first two night then $99 the remaining two. I understand this room is cheap however cleanliness is key and the cleanliness is at a low level. The carpet, walls, curtains, and chair provided we re all stained. The beds could use proper doona covers and an investment into new blankets altogether as these are also stained. The TV barley worked and is very old. We were charged for a movie we didn t even watch and probably clicked something by accident whilst trying to get the TV to work. You re only provided with 2 small mugs, one teaspoon, and a small glass. No plates or bowls or a fork. It s a great location and has a supermarket and plenty take away options right across the road. Would highly recommend Sopranos Pasta and Pizza! I understand this is a thorough review however I feel it is needed. We do appreciate the easiness of lengthening our stay due to a medical episode my daughter had and the fact our parking was free. We just hope our review is taken into consideration. Thank you

Payed $ for on-site parking for my car to be safe rather then out in the open and when I got back to my car someone had hit my car from behind abs did not leave a note and I ve chased this up with management for weeks and they each said one thing on different occasions saying that they could give me the details of the driver since they had camera but turns out their camera aren t strong enough to read plates or even cover the whole car park abs they basically protected the guy who did the crime and left just save your money and don t stay at this hotel and if you do don t pay for secure parking you are better off parking in the free car park across the road.
