I'm currently staying at the Fairfield Inn in Jamestown, ND, and your equipment is barely working. The hotel staff told me that they are having issues with your equipment. They also told me that your company has stated the equipment is functional. As a paying customer of one of your clients, I can tell you it's not working.
Nice office building that had a bit of a stark lobby. Not flashy or exciting, but was clean and new. Limited parking, but probably enough.
If you get a new firewall installed at your hotel be sure to have your IT people change your switches' settings for IGMP so that Multicasting works properly. For 3 weeks we fought a 5min blank/freeze glitch along with losing all channels a couple times. Internet TV will work but regular channels just showed an antenna/'please wait' logo.
They are very nice people,they are professional,they have a nice building,it was a pleasure being there,and the cleaning crew does a good job of taking care of it.
