We emailed Zoopla are more than five different times telling them about FAKE estate agents like AP Alexander Patton group who are fake who do not have any offices or are registered anywhere, who are posting pictures of outside buildings with no floor plans because they are not instructed and then they are approaching landlords pretending to have other properties on the market when they don t and Zoopla do did nothing about!! There management is absolutely rubbish all they care is getting fees from even fake estate agents!! It s amazing a company like this doesn t want to cooperate and flush out fake agents on their site.

I m glad somebody else has made the same complaint about this company Zoopla!!
They allow fake agents like AP THE ALEXANDER PATON GROUP advertiseing properties they DO NOT have or been instructed on legally on their platform! everybody needs to be aware one of these fake agents! They took the keys to my flat and we had to call the police because they told us they had rented the flat out without our permission and a tenant was moving in the same day all of this was never ever authorised or allowed by us.
We have brought this to the attention of Zoopla and they have done absolutely nothing to deal with this! we have told them time and time again to investigate these fake agents like AP THE ALEXANDER PATON GROUP and they haven t done anything.
Almost every day these fake agents AP THE ALEXANDER PATON GROUP are advertising properties on the Zoopla platform with pictures of outside of the building and absolutely no information or floorplans or any photos of inside of the flats because they are not instructed! this is all to pretend they have flats under management or instruction, it s all fake it s all fraud everybody needs to be aware it s shameful a company like Zoopla doesn t do anything EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD! just so they can get the revenue from the advertisements of a fraudster individuals even their company is not registered and their office it s a fake address these are very simple things Zoopla can actually find out but they refuse because they just want to get some advertisement money! it s disgraceful we are going to report this to trading standard and the police as well because Zoopla is empowering fraudsters
