Sheegra Darshan was a pretty bad experience. We were a family of 9 people including one child. We were charged rs 1200 for 8 adults in - spite of the fact that there was a board of "free entry" written on the entrance of the temple..it was told to me and my family that we will not be allowed inside without giving this amount ..when we asked for the name of the two lady employees who charged us the money, they started talking rudely with me and my family.....In addition, on enquiring about the 'free entry' board., we were told that the entry is free from 9pm till 9 am in the morning which was nowhere mentioned in the viscinity of the temple. Moreover, she also mentioned that the hiked prices have been in opeeation from past three days. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Must visit , artificial 12 jyotirlinga made, but in very small size, u can visit u are within 10 km from this place, or escape it

Good commercial temple. Don't know what the entry is not free here.

This is situated inside a mall.. per head ticket cost 250 Indian ruppes. Everything is money inside. Kind advice to avoid this place if you are looking to worship God.

Beautiful temple but they have made a business shame

Only good thing is Lord shankat statue, Management is not good at all they are looting people by selling packages.

Two things we need to remove from Religion is business and politics. These people are charging 100 rs per person for entry into the temple and in case you dont pay you are not allowed to enter. The reason they give is donation. Man let me decide if I want to donate or not, dont force.

This temple is fully commercial, everywhere they have tickets system. To have complete darshan it may charges 150 per head.

Inside big Shiva is really beautiful, that can be seen without any ticket. So who wants to see it, please don't buy any ticket, the staff may force you for ticket, but don't buy.

for the tall idol!! Loved the way the Shiva statue was designed. 0 for the management!! But the staff here is more of money minded!! At the entrance you see that it is for free but your asked to pay 150 again!! I felt it was built for business not for worship!! The reason they give for the heavy fee is donations!! It's up to ppl if they want to donate or not!! It's just for looting nd business

There is no any feel of a temple .... Charged too much.. not even given the prasadam .... unsatisfied

Cool and Very spiritual place... everyone should visit at least one time... They take special entry fee like 50/-, 150/-, 250/- but it worths because they will provide you the separate pujas aartis and mantras...

They are charging 150 rupees for entry fee and additional Rs. 5 for chappal/shoe. I felt the fees are exorbitantly high and they are kind of looting innocent people. Temple staffs are also very rude and money-minded.
The best of part of the temple is the meditating Lord Shiva Statue. Amazing statue, so divine ...

Extremely beautiful Lord Shiva's idol. Calm and Peaceful ambience. One must come here if he wants peace.
The most important and beautiful thing here is Sandhya Aarti which occurs everyday at 7:30PM. The most uncommon and good thing about Sandhya Aarti is that, here Aarti is not done by any Purohit. Rather the temple committee gives Kapur and Aarti thali (plate) to all the common people (visitors) whoever is are present at 7:30 pm at the Temple.
It is very soothing an feels very good to take part in the Aarti.
You will not get much pics of the Sandhya Aarti as they don't allow to take pics during the Aarti. Everyone must visit at Evening atleast once for two Good reasons - 1. To attend the awesome Sandhya Aarti 2. The Environment, Idol is so beautiful at evening because of the awesome Lightings.

Commercialized temple... need to pay for the rituals performed, but presence of God idol makes us feel satisfied

All pandits are so mean that after taking the special ticket also they are least bother to serve you.
I didn't get any Prashant. I think they just made this Temple to plunder and the pockets of bhakt.
No doubt the Shiva statue is one of the most beautiful

I have been visiting this place since last 12 years. Apart from the main temple part, most of the things have changed here. I think it is the only temple which remains open for 24 hours. The temple has now become more of a commercial place with entry tickets for everything. Recommend the place for offering prayers only. The other activities are only to fleece money.

aesthetically this place is good but 3 stars just because it is a commercialized temple. For everything they ask for money and temples should not be like that.
They were even asking for 150rs as entry fee!!
We asked for where it is written that for general entry, we have to pay 150! they said it is written inside. Inside no such notice was there. They are just looting people .

Another cheating in the name of god!!! Honestly it is a commercial place. I went to this place last week. A lady sitting in the entrance counter demanded 150 rupees for dharshan. And many others in all the corners demands money for one or the other. These women are trained to force people to pay money even if people are not willing to visit.

PLEASE DO NOT RUN YOUR BUSINESS IN THE NAME OF GOD!!! ONE OF THE CHEATING COMPANY RUNS THE WHOLE SHOW!!!

Not a significant temple, just has a nice hugr statue of lord Shiva and lord Ganesh

Temple and the environment is awesome but they force you to buy special entry darshan tickets and the 12 ling darshan is showing all damaged things.

I have a mixed feeling on this and hence mixed review. As other people already mentioned, the money business, I wasn't happy with the money business. But I was happy with the temple. Although this is constructed on a small land but managed well. They have managed to get the 4 dham Darshan, and 12 jyotirlinga Darshan in that small place. Although they are actually not Darshan, but a visit to the temple is worth. At evening they offer Aarti wherein everyone has to take part (willingly). This was the best part. They have a donation box at every step (who knows when would you feel to donate ). And a very nice business model. They have a mall, and a temple at the basement parking.

Awesome place, bit pricey. Awesome shops on thw way at exit. Very peaceful place! God bless the thought behind this

Do not buy tickets at first entrance...
They are looting people, they say it's compulsory to buy 250rs ticket per head , but actually you don't need to .
Go inside and buy Near Ganesh idle.
You can get it for 50rs that is affordable for common people

I'm from Iran and it was nice experience for me to visit such places, if u r visiting Bangalore I recommend you to visit the place

Don't go otherwise you will insult Lord Shiva, fraudsters running the place, dont fill their money bag avoid and pray to Shiva in any small temple and donate the money which you may spent to make this fraudsters rich

Lord Siva temple, great to see the statue but don't buy any tickets for entry ...

Temple of Lord Shiva. A huge statue of Lord Shiva siting in meditation position is been erect here. Just situated in well approachable location, focuses on all holy location of Lord Shiva and benefits of meditation. One can buy passes for various pooja and attraction.. At last can sit in front of Lord and feel all positive vibes around. Must visit place.

This is very nice place for visit with family and beat place to spend time. A very good template in Bangalore , nice food and nice environment.cab service are available all time. In weekend little bit crowd is there but really enjoyfull. Go in this but rs 500 visit charge is there.
