It has one of the biggest statue of Lord Shiva in India. Loved the passage that they take into which give the feel of caves. It also gives the short darshan of 12 lingas present in India.

It is very good temple with so many attractive famous Indian temples and places inside a artificial cave for quick visit. The statue of lord Shiva is awesome. Live bhajan and aarti is very good.
The issue with this temple is they charge too much money for everything.

Only the lord siva statue is good otherwise worst staff, only behind money thats all.. nthng great in terms of service... Charged rs 150+ for nthng... Poor people cant think of going there because of this nonsense and money looting in the name of god.... We have to raise complaint against them..

There are two queues viz., Paid and unpaid; in the paid queue you will reach the idol faster; on the way, in the tunnel, there are some sculptures; the colossal Shiva statue is in a sitting posture and is awesome.
For those religiously minded, even poojas are performed and in all, a few hours of quality time can be spent here what with some eateries too being available.

Very big temple to pray to lord Shiva. The big statue of this temple has become famous in some parts of Bangalore. The biggest credit should go to the people who built this statue of Shiva . I am feeling proud because I have seen this temple at least 4 to 6 times

It's a pure commerical centre for robbing devotees of their faith.. not even money. In true sense.. a tourist spot for tourists and no longer a temple for devotion, and faith.
A temple which is commercial (and not even economical).. cant be called a temple anymore....
Talking religiously... If u need money to find inner peace.... Then it's not where I wanna go anymore.
I have boycott this place personally ( as did my whole family, since the management has started demanding money for entry) .
I rather prefer a calm peaceful temple just 200m away to seek my inner peace a secluded corner where I see my Lord and enjoy the company of kind hearted people around me.
Good luck for all who wanna support the extortion.

The God is within ..then why ask people to do Pooja? Couldn't answer that question but overall good experience, statues and decorations are well done , the literature on the wall was intriguing and the premises kept clean

Not an Temple, They are doing business in name of temple. In all board they mentioned as free darsan, but still with out paying money they won't allow to go inside. They will start to buy ticket for 150 rs. If we scold them then they will tell us buy 50rs tickets. So in entrance itself you will get irritation then what peace you will get there. please visit some other temple.

Good temple, peaceful atmosphere, best time to visit is after 6pm. Entry is free but to enter amarnath paanch dham yatra and barah jyoyhir ling yatra inside cost 50rs per head. In the entrance they will ask to pay 150rs but you dont need to pay this amount to visit temple. Temple premises is well maintained. Overall its a good attempt to bring himalayas to bangalore city. Kemp fort mall is just near to the temple.

Its a good place to visit for 30-60 min but because of commercialization, i am giving 2 stars.
Entry charges is 100 rupee for shiva statue darshan and 150 rupee with cave(all jyotirlinga) darshan.
Normal days statue darshan is free but festival time its chargeable. Management is looting at every counter.
I dont like there logic behind charges. I will prefer to go to other original temples.

Neat and clean :)

Looting people on the name of GOD. No proper information while entering. Staffs were trained like loot the people as much as possible. Please don't do this. If you reallywant make money then do some other business. ISKON is far far better.

Management people are looting people in the name of visiting the temple.
But we can oppose them and ask them to take an entry free of cost, as their hoarding clearly specify this. So people "BEWARE" you can ask them to oppose this. As no other temple, ask for charges for puja.
This is rediculous, and people may loose their faith. Educated people atleast take a stand to attend this issue, so that needy people can have free entry.
As said, temple is really nice and we find peace so 1 star for it.
But rest of the stars these management people need to answer.??? If u read this comment !!!! Reply..!!!!!!
