I have been associated as an accounting consultant with Cosmic global for last 18 months. My experience here has become a career asset to me. Cosmic global account outsourced projects are from reputed clients, which has groomed us to work and deliver in a professional manner.

You can learn everything related to the industry and you would be mentored.
In spite of recession salaries where paid on time.
Guys who had joined the organisation as trainees are entrepreneurs now thats the kind of training the organisation provides.
Even if you do not perform, the management will see that you are employable by providing ample of time for you to raise up to the level.
Since it is a multicultural and multi background employees there is great exposure and team building opportunities.

**** update**** a year later and several emails back and forth and I have yet to be paid. Terrible company!!!!!

Totally unprofessional. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. The time wasted on just emails back and forth for weeks and weeks isn't worth the well below average fee they are willing to pay. I was hired to do a voice over, I told them there were mistakes in their source file and they told me to record it as is. Now they want corrections but can't even be computer literate enough to send me the corrections without corrupting the file so it comes out as gibberish. I doubt I will ever get paid for this job. What a waste of good time and skills.

I am went for interview but results was not even say by hr I think ONLY RECOMMENDED people will get the chance

They put a disclaimer in their emails stating that payment will be done within 30-40 days of submission of your invoice but in actual fact they do not abide by their own commitments and do not respond to the reminders sent for making payment. I am highly disappointed and find them to be very unprofessional.

For beginners it would be good opportunity to learn. But if you are an experienced and expecting a good package then its better to go somewhere else.

To get their work done, they will be behind you, but when it comes to payments we have to sent reminders and be behind them for months..!!
