Excellence incredible views an unforgettable place I recommend it 100%

Food was great however front of house was horrific. Booked a table for 6 at 8pm, inwhich we had to wait 45mins after booking to get seated? Front of house slammed menus down as first table we refused, because we didn t want to eat at the bar? Surprising as we spent over $650, and won t be re-visiting. Overall experience wouldn t recommend as I promise experience will be ruined by your first 30mins

The place is really beautiful but the service is the worst I've seen in years! They simply handed me a table and did not attend me! After 30 minutes of signals to the waiters we decided to leave the place. It was really nasty!

The food is good, good service, excellent view, the parking lot is chaotic and stressful to have a reservation was rejected by the valet parking

Bad experience for such an expensive dinner. We were sassed from the second we pulled up to valet, simply bc we asked if we could park our own car. To the hostess who sat us a table in the corner with our back facing the view when there was literally every table free in that section. Then gave us an attitude when we asked if we could sit facing the ocean view. Mind you we made our reservation 2 weeks ago for Christmas Day. Had a horrible waiter that literally made us wait 35 minutes for 2 glasses of wine. We held our menus for about an hour. Placed an order for some appetizers ate them and still wasn t able to find our waiter to place our food order. Barely had our water filled. Food was good. Overpriced but you pay for the view. Over all it was a 2 and a half our dinner for 2 people. We also asked for a dessert to go and it was tossed in a Chinese food container. As we walked out the waiter didn t even say good bye or anything. Overall they lost an occasional customer. I have a home on the island and would frequent often. But for that horrible of service I rather go somewhere else.

The only special thing about the restaurant is the view in front of the bay.
When I made the reservation I asked for a bilingual employee, I think they did not read the note on the reservation because they did not. Once there I had to ask another person to meet our needs, I have to point out that he treated us very well.
I think many exaggerate when they talk about the menu. For me the same quality of food (or better) can be found around Miami, and also outside the area, certainly much cheaper than what is offered there.
I gave him a single star because when we finished dinner and asked for the account, in less than 30 seconds they went to the table 4 times to pick up the money without us being ready, it was an emergency sample of very bad taste, as if they had interpreted that We would not pay.
I have to conclude that the only pleasant memory of that day was the view of the sea and part of the city.

Great views but lackluster service. We made reservations for Sunday night dinner at the Rusty Pelican and valet the car out front which is the only option for parking (6 dollars). We were seated outside with a gorgeous city view of downtown Miami. 20 minutes pass at this point and the server is no where to be found. Finally they stop over and take our drink and food order. I ordered the house wine (17 dollars per glass!) while the other guest ordered a diet Coke. In order to get a refill we had to initiate the request by asking if we could get a refill. The server was never attentive by anticipating our needs but rather went with our direction. The food was what made up for the lackluster service. I wouldn't go back as I feel like for the cost of the meal service should be a lot better.

We've been dining at the Rusty Pelican for over twenty years, but hadn't been there for over two years (pandemic) but something has changed! Eventhough we had a reservation, they came up with a lame excuse so we had to wait for over 30 minutes. We were finally taken to our table- it seems we weren't even in the same zipcode- not the Rusty Pelican. And eventhough our waiter was good, the food came out cold. Not the same Rusty Pelican I was used to. I'm sure I'll get some excuse that they were "overwhelmed"

Bad service, terrible drinks, ridiculous prices. What a shame! The only good thing is the view.

65 dollars for a group dining experience. If you are vegan or vegetarian all they give you is oily rice. Nothing else was offered. Don't waste your time or money.

Service was really slow, the parking situation was kind of confusing. They force you into a valet situation. Definitely make a reservation if you re thinking of coming at busy times. The food is nothing special, only tried appetizers just to see because of the price point. Got a Moscow Mule, was served in a glass not a copper mug. Water glasses were plastic which is kind of odd when you re paying and upwards of $25 a meal minimum. Valet parking was $9.00

Very nice scenery but that is it. Ask for drink prices beforehand. $55 for a simple macallan, abusive. Food presentation was good but food was served cold. Not impressed. Upside, our Server was good

There has been a significant change since we were there 4 years ago.The Lobster with Risotto was excellent. So to the scallops. They have Blanton bourbon.

We were traveling to Miami from DC around Christmas. We ended up at this place by recommendation from our Uber driver.

Food was delicious, views were amazing. Little pricey though, but all worth it. Would recommend to everyone travelling to Miami.

Had an amazing experience here yesterday. There weren t many people there which was great and they kept atleast 15/20 feet between most people. Truly a calm and aesthetically pleasing environment. Very attentive servers. GREAT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE DURING HAPPY HOUR!

Romantic restaurant with great service and a wide selection of delicious dishes. We had the Charcuterie and Cheese Plate (choice of 3), the Dry Aged New York and the Mishima Wagyu Block Cut Rib Eye, which was amazing. delicious corn bread is complimentary. The atmosphere is relaxed and you don't feel rushed to order. You can relax and have a drink, enjoy the views, and order when you're ready. Call ahead and ask for a table outside near the water for the perfect view. Inside it's nice as well, more elegant. Tiny recommendation for the restaurant- the tables could do with an upgrade. Maybe just table cloths and a small detail in the middle would do the trick.

Great views of the city, night and day, good service. The food was phenomenal and everyone had a good time. We were there for a wedding and it was an amazing experience. Bartenders and wait staff very professional but friendly. Valet was only $6. I didn't give a 5 star because the entry/exit to the site is long and winding, some places need a fresh coat of paint and there were only 3 stalls in the bathroom upstairs for huge events.

Had our wedding reception in one of the big rooms upstairs. One of the best skyline vistas and amazing staff! Highly recommend them as a wedding reception venue!

The food was nice and the views that you can get on a sunset are very nice(pictures). It's a little bit pricey but it's worth checking out if you have the money.

It will not be the best restaurant to eat something special, but to "sport" some good photos kkkkk

Food is good, a bit average but the service is horrendous. I thought I went on a bad night but tried it two other times and the service was just as terrible. I waited over an hour for my food to be served, server never brought drinks, then never brought a refill after we had to chase him down for one. Two times I requested a table and both times could not get after requessting and putting in reservations. Reserved for a party and they had the count wrong. Just a mess on multiple occasions.

You eat well. Drinking wine is inadvisable. Prices are around $ 13 per glass and it's not worth it. Your best bet is to eat on the terrace which has stunning views of the water and the miami skyline. Booking a table next to the bonfire is certainly suggestive. The advice is to visit Key byscaine before having dinner. The restaurant is on the left of the entrance to the island.

Amaaaaazing! Went there for a birthday dinner. The platter for 2 is a MUST!! Everything was delish!!! SO worth the cost! The ambiance, looking out over the water directly at the Miami skyline hrough the huge bay windows was a dream

Gentlemen, the location is excellent, you can see the entire Miami skyline The food is very good but they serve you too little for what you pay, it is ridiculous Then the waiters lifted the dishes for us ahead of time like rushing us is unfair one does not pay 3 dollars per plate nooooo well they charge and then the tip is exaggerated, I definitely do not recommend it, if you want to eat delicious sea bass ceviche go to Divino ceviche it costs the same but much more on the plate, the rest was

Went here for an anniversary dinner on the recommendation from a friend. I normally don t venture that far south. I was glad I visited. It was a great experience with excellent food and great view.

Be prepared to spend quite a bit but the food and service is a good value.

We had a surf and turf with wine pairing. Highly recommended.

The stars are for the service of the place, but in reality Im commenting for the valet parking. Don't let the short 20 someish year old valet worker take the car. Went up to pay and found our company pen on their desk. Got back to the car and saw that the seats were lifted as if they had search the car.

Excellent food, spectacular views of biscayne bay and downtown, great for a romantic night out with your loved one. Make reservations on Saturday nights. I have never been here for New Years Eve or 4th of July but I bet it would be awesome with first row seats to the fire works.

This restaurant has an incredible view overlooking Biscayne Bay and downtown. Most seats gave the bay and your view is extraordinary. The service is impeccable. Several servers attend to your needs and service your table. We celebrated my birthday and it is one of the most romantic places I ve been to. The food is absolutely delectable. The dessert and the candle blowing ceremony is unique and different than any other. Love this restaurant. Will be coming again.

I was there on Friday, July 9th 2018 and was able to see the sunset and tell my loved one with the help of Julian C, Fabio and Vinsja that we are expecting our 3rd baby. They made it possible for me to surprise him in the best way. They were very accommodating to my request and helpful in every manner. Julian C and Fabio thank you so much for cheering us on with the news and your great service, recommendations on the food. You guys make me go back just for the amazing service.
