What a stunning place! We provided entertainment for a party held in this venue and we were so impressed! What an amazing location for all occasion! The halls are very spacious and the decor is gorgeous! This place turns an event into a memory for a lifetime! Highly recommended!
Nice venue, however I feel rooms are a bit small but I can't hold that against them they need to stay in business and make money

A beautiful event venue. Attended an awards night here with a buffet dinner and pre-dinner drinks and hors d oeuvres. The staff were all very polite and attentive and the food was great.
I recently attended 2 non wedding events. Both had 200-250 people. The food has fallen off. I think they lowered the quality in service as well.
Went to a wedding there. I thought the food was only so so. Presentation over taste. I make better at home. Too much hype, light substance.
Been there several times EXCELLENT, This old itallian starving, cant cook since in pain,WheelChair, NYC food Program for seniors, bugs, curdled milk, seals broken off juice, cancelled but recieved one more ration Came from RUSSO'S. Quality GREAT, FOOD APPEARANCE, taste EXCELLENT, U saved my life temporarily . . I dont believe I will receive anymore food from RUSSO'S JUST want to say THANK YOU Food quality is IMPORTANT. Thank You once again. They say if u are hungry enough u will eat anything. That is not true. I went from 180lbs to 135 lbs.

Place is nice enough but so cliche. Biggest complaint is that every time i go the dinners suck and theyre always served after 11pm. The time before last that i was there we didnt get our food until 1am! And it wasnt good. If you have to go to a reception there, eat up at the cocktail hour and dont stay for dinner lol. The venetian hour is always cool but just way too late. This place needs to get their operations in order!!!

The ambiance breathtaking and offers a nice variety of catering options and rooms. Went to Russo's for a wedding definitely in the top 2 places i have been to for a wedding if not the best. Food was great. Staff was great venue was beautiful. Could go on and on about Russo's. I would highly recommend!

Went to a wedding reception there, food was amazing, staff was very good n attentive. Was impressed with the fact that we got there 40 minutes before cocktail hour n they opened the valet parking n and room early n started serving drinks n appetizers early.
I was very disappointed. I thought the food was subpar. Cocktail hour was ok. Atmosphere was nice. Staff was attentive. Dinner was meh. My steak was dry and overcooked. My wife was sick after eating the shrimp. Definitely not like it used to be.
