Great place for a 1st Birthday Party, even during the pandemic

I had a great time here. The food was wonderful. The entertainment and they're coordination of the was excellent. One of the most fun weddings I've been to. My only gripe is that I was sitting in the rear of the party room and they had trouble regulating the temperature it was very cold.

The food at Russo's has always been very good at all the events I have attended. The restrooms are nicely stocked with amenities. The rooms are attractively lit. Catering halls often fall short for their culinary shortcomings but Russo's is better than most...especially their cocktail hour...yum!

Great venue. I was here for a wedding. The place is very nice inside. The cocktail hour food was very good. There were tgree carving stations and plenty of staff keeping everyone happy and everything clean. Plenty of bars to alleviate crowding. The main ballroom was spacious and very nice. Plenty of space to dance. Idk if the DJs had any affiliation to the venue but it was a great music selection with a live Latin percussionist which was insane amounts of fun. The dinner menu was just that almost a full menu. About 9 different choices that all seemed delicious and if they were as good as my pork then you have nothing to worry about. I didn't take part in the Venetian hour for dessert but it all looked just as good as the rest. Oh and you you want you can make an entrance coming up from the middle of the dancefloor. Kinda ridiculous but the bride and groom did it and they liked it. It added a fun touch to an already delightful evening.

This is a beautiful and elegant location. You won't be disappointed and the food is always delicious

The Valentine's party was fabulous wood recommended It 2 anybody the lights to have a good time and a romantic time. Food was delicious and the people were great even the ones that we sat with. Definitely in our plan to do it next year they book up quick so make a reservation in advance

Awesome is an understatement! Russo's is a spacious and of high design. The sound and accoustics are good. It's a great place to celebrate large social functions.

had my school prom there years ago, it was beautiful then and still is now.

I got married here about 2 weeks and what a wonderful job Russo's did. All the way from the owner down to the bus boys. People that are married told me they don't eat at their weddings however my Maitre D, Christian and the assistant Maitre D, Carmillo made sure we ate. Our plates and drinks where never empty. They were very nice and professional no matter what mood my wife and I were in due to a crazy day. Every time you turned around they were there. Thank you guys. The owner Frank Russo also comes around to make sure everything is alright. I have been to other functions and he always comes to check on everyone. It goes to show he cares and you getting for what you paid for. My guest loved the food. They give you so much food. The Venetian Hour also had a lot of desserts. Top shelve liqueur as well. The garden and the bay is great for photos. People may tell you this place is pricey but it was well worth it for what you get with the food and service. Thanks for the great memories. As Frank Russo said "The memories, that's what its all about." Take a look at this place if you plan on getting married in NYC and put it on your list or if your not getting married and having another function definitely check this place out. I have been here for Valentines Day and other function and I always satisfied.

It is indeed a great venue for wedding.Very large in size.Outdoor & indoor seating arrangement is available. Staff are very friendly & hospitable to wedding guest.Decorations of stage & background is really great.Truly, getting married in this venue is Royal Experience.Starting from Parking to Washroom every single corner of the venue is well maintained & organized.Rental charge is quite reasonable for this kinds of venue.

Time & time again Dr. Deblasio has a great Christmas party for his fellows & Attorney's that uses his services. Russo' s on the Bay is a great place to have the party. The food is great, the service is in point, every one is having a great time.

I attended a fundraising dinner. The staff was wonderful and waitress catered to our table.

I attend a New Year Day event here and I was so disappointed in this venue. The valet line was very long and took over 20min. Once we entered they had a very under staffed coat check that took another 25mins. I will say the food was very good and hot. After being in the event about an hour I noticed how wet the floors where, they where disgusting and no one made any effort to mop or clean them. I witnessed a woman fall flat on her back with flat shoes on due to how wet the floors where. Overall it was a Beautiful venue but the staff in the way things were ran was very unprofessional and not up to my normal standards I would not return to this venue for any event.

The staff is amazing! Shout out to Kaitlyn, Anya and Tina. They were very professional and super friendly. They knew their job and was very very good at it. Kaitlyn and Anya knew of my Celiac and were informative and attentive. Tina had the best bartender skills and was very friendly. Customer service from these 3 women was top shelf. They were wonderful to talk to and the venue is fantastic!! Thank you!!

Went for a wedding. The rooms were set up beautifully. The staff was excellent and accommodating. I recommend everyone to get married here

We got married here in August. The staff went above and beyond for us, would not ask for them to change a thing. Amazing food and the best staff there is. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

D.C. 37 where you at! My union held an event here and it was lit! I had such a great time. We celebrated Italian Heritage month and I had a blast! It was all Italian cuisine and it was scrumptious. There was appetizers galore, open bar, main course as well as dessert paired with coffee or espresso. The place itself is a palace fit for a queen or king. Not to mention the location, Howard Beach with it's eye catching scenery. If your holding any event this is the place to have it!

Place is great the food is amazing and atmosphere is marvelous as well.They can also accommodate big party's which is a plus for birthdays and special occasions.

Elegant, phenomenal wait staff, excellent customer service. Very easy commute by mass transportation or car. Definitely a 10 star establishment.

Love the outdoor photos... it blows my mind, every time I look at them.

Close to the riverside, you can eat through the glass wall while watching the beauty of the buffet before eating. The only downside is that the wedding swearing ceremony is relatively small and the environment is not romantic enough.

Great location, food IS good but unfortunately the price of the food is extremely expensive

I love Russo's by the Bay. I have been here once before. I enjoy their cocktail hour with the diverse selection they provide. Dinner was outstanding as well. The staff was on point and outstanding at the job. Cannot wait until the next function there.

Venus is beautiful. Staff serving the food was rude. Well not all just 1 in particular. Short heavyset woman(white). There was no signs on the food and since I'm allergic to pork,after she put it on my plate,I informed her I don't eat it and she took it off my plate with an attitude. Like if she wanted a the establishment to have a lawsuit that's fine with me also. Next time put little signs indicating what you're serving thanks

Nice place for a small event venue. Great use of the space with room dividers to help steer course of the night. Pretty good food selection
