Solid place... even though it's mass production. they fine ways to take the attention to detail to the next level and leave a lasting impression on the guests. Well run establishment!

Great place, valet parking, wonderful view, delicious food!!

Nice view, depending on which ballroom you chose. Food is okay. Last year I went there and it was much better. Service staff is very nice and helpful. Vallet parking is available. It does take them sometime to get the vehicle. There's a designated smoking area as well if you are a smoker.

Russo's is first rate. I went there for a non-for-profit event and it was perfect.

At a wedding last night. The place is great! I was just surprised that at the end around 1Am. The elevator was not in use ! My sister in law can barely walk and we had to carry her down the steps! SHAME ON YOU RUSSO!

Best place to celebrate your special occasion. Must stop by and see inside. The place outside needs to improve. It doesn't look like an eye catching place till you go inside.

The venue was beautiful , I would totally recommend this place to any of my clients and Friends, the food was delicious the service was excellent. Russo's on the bay created an amazing experience, for a middle of the week Christmas party.

Food is always good, the cocktail hour room can be a little tight for the room we were in for a party, it almost seems like more of a hallway. The valet parking can be a little annoying coming off the main street if it starts to back up.

Was a guest at a wedding there. Great place with a magnificent decor. Staff is very friendly and professional. Would recommend it to couples who are looking for a venue for their wedding.

The brunch with Santa was a great time. Every aspect of Russo's is extremely impressive thanks to the staff who really put it over the top with their perfection and professionalism. Our lead server, Aliana, was there for us the entire time with a smile on her face and a high level of pride in her work. I look forward to next year!

I ve been to a wedding ands cristning at Russo s. Food and service was good and ambiance pleasant However they also cater the senior center I attend. At times the food is not edible. Dried out and tasteless ou pasta glued together or. Turkey served as lump At times so bad I d like to bring it to Russo s and make the chef try to eat it. Guys give the seniors the same good food your capable of

Came here for a Christmas party. Excellent food and drinks. Great staff, kept asking if I needed anything, and always came back for my drink orders. Beautiful place, well decorated and beautiful views.

Just what you'd expect from an Italian wedding hall/party factory in Queens: tacky and amazing food, friendly attentive staff, almost too well organized.

Had the holiday office party there. Food was great. DJ was awesome. Drinks were great. Wish they had more bartenders because the line would get long though. Or 2 bars open. Overall I had a great experience.

Beautiful place, helpful employees, amazing bathrooms and mirror, also love the bar but the only issue is the main course meals other than that I LOVE IT. Had a blast going there for my highschool prom

We had our wedding their 24 yrs ago and it was fabulous then and it s fabulous now! The food was amazing and still the talk of our wedding all these years later!! The service and venue was impeccable.

I attended Russo's for my uncle's wedding and was very impressed by the facilities. The food was great, the scenery in the different rooms was elegant. The only complaint would be that the reception area was freezing and the staff advised that they could not turn the temperature up for whatever reason. The staff was excellent despite the ability to control AC.

I love this place it's never a let down food is always delicious plenty of Room to party and dance and have a great time staff is very nice drinks are good.. Places clean plenty of parking

On March 28, 2014 our daughter Julianne and her husband Michael had their wedding at Russo s on the Bay. Michael is from NY but Julianne being from NJ we were a bit reluctant about having our daughter s wedding in NY. They just loved everything about Russo s on the Bay so much that no other place they looked at even came close, so of course we couldn't say no.
We knew it would be a great wedding but never in our wildest dreams did we expect the outstanding service we, along with every one of our guests received. Every moment from start to finish, far exceeded our expectations.
We just can t praise Maitride Joe Vacca enough, he and the entire staff treated all of us like royalty, we wanted for nothing. Joe is nothing less than amazing!

As one of our guests said .the bar has been raised, this is the wedding to top! Thank you for making our daughters wedding a dream come true!

Annoyed that I inquired about having my wedding there and they automatically shared my personal information with their vendors before I ve even seen the place. Now I ve received 3 emails from people I do not know wanting me to hire them for their services.

This place is beautiful..great for weddings or partys... the food is great and the staff is awesome..beautiful area to take pictures .

Carol was excellent. I had to plan a work event and she helped me all the way through. She answered my questions and put me at ease. I was able to send her emails which she promptly answered, great communication! I look forward to planning more events at this venue, the food was great and my guest has a great time.

Nice scenery. Friendly staff. On major events, a short handed staff can be overwhelmed.

Beautiful location, service is great, you can order a drink, and before you finish, its like they know ur done and by the time you take that last sip theyve brought you a new glass, food is amazing, and yeah, I was there for a Sweet Sixteen, but everyone agreed it was ine of the fanciest sweet sixteens we had ever been too.

Visited to attend wedding which started late and room not ready. Not enough seats in chapel many had to stand. Very cold had on ac and it was very cold out. Food very mediocre. Valet only as no place to park on street and it is located
right on busy street in howard beach.

This is a great venue for corporate and personal events. It a huge place easily accessible by public and private transportation. If driving, the place provides convenient valet parking. I have been to many events at this place and have never been disappointed. The view of the bay is gorgeous, the food is always good, the drinks are always mixed well, and service is phenomenal. Their internal decoration and corridors designs are really are really attractive. The place is perfect for wedding ceremony and receptions. They got, I love this, a gazebo on the water and plenty of garden space for great portrait photography.

For all the years I went there, I never had an issue with the staff or anything at all broken down like elevator etc.

All in all, it is a fantastic place to hold or attend an event or even just have a drink at there bar.

I got to hand it to miss the Russo very good guy also the owner of the establishment very wonderful person I also work for mr. Russo and I hate to say about the establishment this gorgeous very beautiful it took my breath away he left me speechless

Not consistent. Some dishes are better than others. This is a catering establishment. Depending upon what your host orders, some of the items are scruptious.
