share a little experience and a few complaints for the hospital.
on monday 11 september 2017 my mother had a small accident and there was a wound that needed medical treatment, my mother immediately did treatment here, but was very regretted because my mother only cleaned her wound and was given antiseptic and gauze bandages. even though my mother's wound is quite large and in my opinion it requires more action, even my mother did not get medicine for the wound, even though my mother got swollen and had a fever due to the wound, even my mother was unable to walk on the first day because it was very painful and swollen experienced by my mother. this seemed lame with dependents that my mother had to pay.
this morning my mother did control at the puskesmas, with costs 10x more affordable and far better handling. the wound was cleaned by the officer at the puskesmas and it turned out that the wound that was previously cleaned at the hospital was not yet fully maximized and even the doctor at the puskesmas was astonished at the action given to my mother's wound which did not receive medication for the symptoms arising from the wound. I am grateful that I was able to come to the puskesmas so that my mother got better treatment.
for the hospital, I am sure this hospital is a good hospital and has a very good standard of service and treatment, hopefully in the future all patients in this hospital will get good service and in accordance with the standard of care that must be done. and I believe this hospital is one of the best hospitals in DIY.
