Rudding Park Review

My son got married last Sunday and everything was just marvellous. Everybody enjoyed themselves.

Could only improve by removing that hair from the hair dryer and not setting the fire alarm of at midnight

Excellent service and excellent food well worth a visit

The best hotel and Spa in the region. The Clock Tower restaurant is amazing.

Absolutely superb. Easy to get to, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Wonderful wedding venue. Spectacular scenery and setting for it, wonderful gardens to walk in. Staff were wonderful bright and accomodating. Food was fantastic.

Without doubt the best Hotel in Yorkshire and one of the best in the UK (though as far as the UK is concerned I probably have not stayed in enough to give a valid opinion!) We have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it is our favourite place to stay. The quality of the accommodation is outstanding, but it is the staff who make the experience special. We have also had Birthdays and Anniversary's here that have provided special memories for my family. Since the new Spa has been completed this Hotel really is the total package. Food is also excellent. If you are looking for budget or low price then this is not the place to book, but if you are looking for that special something in this area - you can't go wrong. Highly recommended - staying here again in the very near future!

Everything about this hotel is perfect. If you are looking for Britain's most modern and luxurious yet affordable spa hotel, here we are! It claims to be a four star but its more like a 5star!the facilities are stunning, has a little church on its grounds perfect for weddings and christening . Located on beautiful idyllic grounds the spa is a brand new building right across the hotel in walk with modern furnishings. The spa itself is probably the most advanced and well designed yet, once you purchase the upstairs spa access, you are overwhelmed with two outdoor jacuzzies one out door pool with stunning views plenty of different saunas and even a drinks SERVICE to the pool. Rooms are also great and have got great views. Restaurant comes with usual high end pup food and good drinks. Went back twice in one month, highly highly recommended!!

I have visited on numerous occasions for professional conferences/seminars. Very pleasant rural setting just over 10 miles North of Leeds. Excellent buffet food, including bacon butties!

Visited for a work away-day. The staff were very professional and the food was good and snacks were delivered at regular intervals. WiFi, big screen and other basic facilities provided. However, the room was quite cramped, considering the number of people in attendance and this was exacerbated by having all food delivered to the room, with no obvious break-up area.

I have worked here for the past 10 years, best hotel in the UK outside London.

Beautiful hotel situated in stunning grounds. Furnished impeccably with incredibly attentive staff providing perfect service.

Both my wife and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

Absoloutely BOM place. It is so incredibly fabulous and so extra, loved our time there just wish we had booked for longer! So much to do and see in the spa area. Cannot wait to return also they have 5 vegan desserts and they are all incredible

Lovely setting quality food plenty of grass to run around on children's menu if required in the bar restaurant. The is also a church golf course and hotel.

Staff were very friendly and food quality was good. Great venue. Only downside was on the second day of the course I was on, some of the material wasn't in the room it has been binned over night.

We have just spent an amazing day/night at the rudding park hotel .The staff are all so attentative and go out their way for you if any problems , which there were none ..The hotel was very clean and immaculate and we were in a room with all the mod cons ( e.g. touch pad lighting , a massive shower with a large head plus a lovely big bath and bed which would fit 4 people in ) . The spa was the best I've been to, so modern and luxurious . The only thing i could criticize is the checking out when you got your bill , so many people including ourrselves had been overcharged for things that we'd already paid for. Other than that it was perfect and would definitely recommend it .

Visited this hotel in July. This hotel is definitely a great spot for a weekend getaway, located in a very peaceful area with spa facilities. The roof top spa is my favourite. Our room was lovely facing the spa building and they provide Molton brown toiletries in the en-suite
Our dinner was nice but the breakfast was average and it took forever for someone to take our order. We had The Yorkshire breakfast with bacon, egg, sausage, etc and by the time the food arrived everything was luke warm especially the black pudding was so dry. I only had a few bite at the end.
Anyway, most of the staff was nice especially the front desk and the porter guy.

A great parkland course. The staff at the clubhouse were so helpful. Very covid safe

Lovely site very clean. Lovely places to walk round with my two dogs that are accepted everywhere. The swimming pool however is small, expensive and you have to book or you won't get in.

Attended a great conference dinner at Rudding - the house was a fantastic location, and we had excellent food and service all evening, from the drinks and canapes to the dinner.

Lovely place for weddings and events. Great vibe and friendly people to help with your events.

Visited wedding fare event with my daughter and her future mothering law.What a beautifull setting to have a wedding event.Staff friendly lots to offer .Will be booking very shortly.

Stayed here for dinner bed and breakfast to celebrate our birthdays and wedding anniversary and had a thoroughly enjoyable time . The attention of the staff was second to none and the hotel and spa were lovely .we had a fantastic evening meal of crab mayonnaise on sourdough toast and whilst I had lamb rump with wild boar tortellini my husband had sea bream on a bed of curried prawns then we shared a small cheese board to finish off. After a few gin cocktails I didn't take much rocking to sleep and the beds were so o o comfortable.If you have a special occasion or if u just want to spoil yourself give it a try

The meal we had was ok but very over priced. I think you pay a premium for the surroundings.

Beautiful stay for 40th birthday. The hotel reception staff are wonderful. The spa is also amazing.

Amazing spa on the rooftop, we had an amazing aromatherapy heat blasting sauna session...so relaxing! Rooms were perfect with comfy beds and great facilities! Would stay here again without question

Just had an overnight stay with my cousin and can't praise this hotel highly enough. All the staff made us feel special. The food and the service were excellent. Beautiful place and surroundings.

It's a great location, but my guest spent at least an hour seated at a table in the bar discussing business but were never approached by a member of staff and asked if we wanted anything to eat or drink.

You might say that we should have gone to the bar and ordered, but this is supposed to be a high end establishment and there were lots of staff walking about. My expectation was that they would approach us.

Lovely setting and spacious layout of grounds and hotel. Friendly but not always attentive staff. Service in the bar area was slow and at breakfast things missed. Room was very good but looking a little tired, bed was marvellous!!!

Booked based on fact it had a spa for my wife. Got there to find that they were building the spa so no pool and view of building site out of room window. Im sure it will be nice in a years time

Visited for the golf only. The practise facilities here are top quality, with a great driving range and Par 3 course based on famous holes throughout the world (e.g. 17th at Sawgrass). The course is fairly straightforward, but very busy at all times meaning the rounds push 5hours frequently. Overall, a great experience
