Extremely disappointed and angry during my time working at multifight. This was my first ever aircraft engineering job where I really wanted to prove myself as a young engineer and get my engineering career to a good start.

During my trial period at the company I was working on the helicopters which I was surprisingly really enjoying, even though I had no previous experience with helicopters at all.

They didn t like the fact that I didn t know everything about helicopters and didn t feel confident on me working on them. Even though they knew fine well that I had more experience on fixed wing aircraft from my CV that I sent to them.

Also when working in the work place when I did something wrong they never gave me a chance to come back from my wrong doing and learn from my mistakes.

So conclude, I think that multifight where very harsh on me as a young engineer and soon to be apprentice. Ended up only working for 1 month.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Covid aware with PPE available before entry to the reception.

Lovely little cafe. Staff are friendly and the food is good. Is a little bit expensive but worth it for the view of watching aircraft take off and land.

In the airline flying training, From how many years of age do you recuit from?

Too many 'tech' problems and the local eco-climate doesn't help.

Excellent outfit- professional, well run, personal and friendly. I did a Cabri G2 type rating and enjoyed every minute.

As private airport terminals go this is on of the best, well looked after and almost always straight on to the aircraft.
