My son's phone stopped charging so I stopped by to see how much a replacement would be. The same exact phone he has was $69.99. But the girl said the total would come out to $150. That's more than double the price! I asked why and she said taxes, upgrade fee (I don't consider it an upgrade because it's the same exact phone), connection fee and accessories. I asked what accessories and she said it comes with a case. I asked about if I don't want the case and she said it comes with it and I would have to pay for it. I just don't like being forced to pay for things that I don't want and paying a ton of outrageous fees that end up costing more than the phone itself. I'm going to try getting it fixed instead.

They didn't have any sim cards. But give her credit for sending us to closest store that hD them

I spoke over the phone with the account supervisor Mark. After our call, he suspended my account without any prior notification. Don't trust to this network. Better go to normal provider.

Sadly one of the few locations still open but the staff is very friendly.

Cool little store with great customer service. I wanted to get my grandma a smartphone so she can get online , and call Mexico without having to spend a lot of money. As soon as we came in we we re greeted by a big smile and hello, I introduced my grandma to the girl explained what I wanted and that she didn t speak English and she said no problem and took over speaking to her In Spanish and showing her smartphones really great service by Daniela. I left paying for the first month plus internet plus Mexico calling and a new smartphone for $140 And grandma is stubborn but happy to learn about social media. Thank you cricket. AL

The staff there are very very slow. I went their with my friends to open an account for her in Sunday afternoon . We were in the 2nd place in the line, but ended up with waited there for over 1 hour - the staff let another family cut in the line(who are basically doing the same thing with us, opening account) and asked us to come back tomorrow without any explanation.
