Would like to say the staff and service when I called last Sunday was brilliant. The young lady went out of her way to nip to the Stock room to find me my fabulous Mr Feet slippers.. which I love. Thank you.

A shop that makes you feel welcome with their friendly approach . I bought a fabulous ROKA bag , so much choice of styles and colours. I eventually made my choice and bought the Canfield B in Corn, I love it.

Always enjoy a trip to Ruby Shoesday. Their shoes etc may seem expensive but will last you for years unlike many high street brands. Managed to avoid temptation and only bought slippers I went for. Love to support local businesses too.

A great shop! Rubyshoesday has an excellent and interesting selection of shoes and boots. The staff are completely charming and the shopping experience is a joy. I have just bought the most beautiful pair of boots and a lovely Roka bag. I am a very happy customer!

Love the shoes. I have bough three pairs so far. Two Dr.Martens and one pair of Rovers boots. I have to say in the sale though!

I am so impressed by this shop. Yesterday I ordered a pair of slippers in the afternoon, this Afternoon I received them. That was free delivery as well. They were beautifully packedwith a nice written note inside. As for the slippers they are perfect! Unfortunately I had to take them off and hand over to Father Christmas!! This was my first order but won't be my last, Thankyou
